It was full moon and the sky was clear. It was a beautiful night, but she'd rather be sleeping in her den right now. Summer was the hardest on the dark coated female and the most uncomfortable. She had gained her thicker coat from her mother so the summertime wasn't easy on her. So during the summertime she looked shade and cool water or she simply just moved and thrived during the night. She hated wandering at night alone, but she didn't have much choice at all. She would survive and make it through to the next day. She was hoping summer was soon to end she her habits could return to the normal. Her pace was even as she moved around rock after rock. The young women's movements were fluid as she glided along under the moonlight. She had little fear for what lurked out in the world. There was something familiar about this place and little did she know was that she was near her birthplace. She had wanted to return home and see how her family was doing and to make sure they knew that she was alive and well. There was plenty of times she had thought about how worried sick her mother must be. Moving to a more open spot she stopped to look up at the sky. She smiled lightly at the freedom she felt being a loner. She honestly wouldn't change how her life was and getting swept away by the rapids as a child. "Derecho Talk", & 'Derecho Think"

The beast was on the move once more. This morning had been uneventful, though he had told Nova a bit more about his idea of being a good lady. Whether she was starting to take to the lessons was still yet to be seen. But that was a topic for another time. He had caught wind of an interesting scent. It was one he had been exposed to as a mere yearling, though that was also the year his father had instructed him on furthering the bloodline. Nabis had had much the same training, though he didn't tend to be like Daemon and their father had, he was less violent and less likely to drag a woman home to force her into their ways.

He padded forward, his eyes searching the rocks ahead until he came across what had drawn him here. It was a female, young but he could smell her from far enough away to know she was indeed old enough to bear young. He approached smoothly and as quietly from behind her as he could. Of course he did remember what his mother told him about respecting girls if he truly wanted something from them. Perhaps he should try it here and see if it worked.

He stopped a short few feet away from her rear and looked her over. She was pretty at least. "So what is a pretty young woman doing out here alone?" he stood there as noble looking as he could manage though he couldn't pretend he wasn't interested.

She had been busy staring at the sky, but her ears did not fail when it came to hearing the approach. At first she thought that maybe it was just a prey animal moving among the rocks, but the movements were heavier and they headed directly towards her. Most would naturally tense up, but the young women remained calm. She knew it would be better to remain calm and think straight rather then get worked up, make mistakes, and get herself into danger. She had been alone for more then a year of her life and she hadn't made it this far without learning a thing or two. Her ears flattened against her head as the steps stopped just behind her. It was a bit unnerving, the silence of the night around them. The male spoke and it seemed he was complimenting her on her looks. She turned to face the male remaining calm and being friendly like her normal self would. He was no threat so far so no reason to act anything but the normal. She knew from when she was still at her mother's side to be weary of strangers, but strangers could also become friends if they were the right kind. When she turned around he remained as he was. His dicolored gaze never left her, though now he sought to level her gaze with his own. Her words were easily enough caught. Though he had to question if she might even know why summer could bother her so much. She looked to be young enough to be maybe only two years.

"Tracking scents I find interesting to me. That and searching for a place to claim once my kingdom comes to rise." he chose his words carefully, not sure if he should try to tempt her to join him just yet. That depended on if they could mold her into a proper lady of their empire. Though he could just take what he wanted and leave her, though he wouldn't risk letting his bloodline be allowed to roam without proper instructions for them.

She had to admit his bi colored gaze was a little intimidating, but she was pushing the thoughts back to try and remain neutral. There was no need to rush to judgement and so far everything was civil. She was just overreacting, for reasons she was unsure. She took a seat, tail wrapping around her paws His answer seemed sensible, she assumed maybe he meant he was hunting? She didn't realize that her heat scent was something he was searching for. He also mentioned about a kingdom which she assumed was much like a pack. "There is a decent amount of those around from what I hear," she replied with a nod. Right now she really had no drive to join any pack, she liked her life the way it currently was. "Must be pretty difficult to raise one of those," she added. "Derecho Talk", & 'Derecho Think"

He gave a shrug to her statement that it must be difficult to raise a kingdom. He didn't expect doing this would be easy, but he did however expect to find more willing to join him. OF course he didn't have a problem with finding yearlings he could train to become part of his harem either. Of course pups were more malleable but finding some without a parent was the problem. He got lucky to find Nova, and Nabis to find Viper. Nova was shaping up well enough though. Within two seasons she would be ready to begin her life as part of his harem, to bare him children that would be raised to his standards. The thought of sharing the two females had occurred to him but if they were both breeding the girls then would they truly know who fathered what child? No it would be near impossible. Perhaps he would go north once more and look for signs of the female he had found interest in before. He eyed the girl before him, "It's finding the wolves that are willing to try a new way of life that is the most difficult part.... Perhaps you would like to try a new way of living?" He of course hadn't forgotten her heat scent, if anything if she said no he might even decide it best to attack her. To take from her, her freedom and force her to become his. "Daemon" &"Nabis"

She still had an odd uneasy feeling, one she couldn't shake. There was just something about how this interaction started that left an odd taste in her mouth, but she would be okay and mentally that's what she kept telling herself. She remained calm, yet aware of things around her. Being a loner she took risks everyday and there was always chances that she could run into trouble and this male could be one of them. Her silver blue eyes looked to him as he shrug, eyebrow raising at the gesture. She wasn't sure if he was doing that because he felt he wouldn't have much trouble, or if he was still willing to try despite the other packs around. He then spoke which made her curious. 'New way of life? I don't really consider a pack a new way of life' What did he mean exactly? "Honestly, no I don't think I will be joining any pack or kingdom anytime soon," she replied with a shake of her head. "Although I am curious as far as what you mean by a new way of life."
