Some part of him hoped that some of his family stayed in Lirim, that not all of them went with Elias without thinking. Was he the only one wary of the man? Kane had no intentions of joining up with Lirim, either.. at least not yet, he still had his own agenda to work out- but he was curious to know whether or not any of his family still remained in the West.

He was hopeful most for his sister, Daelos. He had warned her, had she heeded his warning? Kane remembered the way Elias and Daelos smiled at each other outside of the den before Frostbite showed up, and he sighed. Probably not her, either.

He stood at Lirim's border and made a call, a call for any of his family and a call for Frostbite since the man had been there. Perhaps the alpha would know if his family left or not. Judging from the tracks that he'd found leading out of Lirim, he already was pretty certain of his answer- but they were so drowned in the scents of other wolves and previous paths, that he was hopeful that he was mistaken. Perhaps they'd just went out to gather herbs.. or hunt.. maybe they didn't leave yet.

A little bit of time had passed since Zuriel and her kids had left Lirim. He had plans to go visit, but he wanted to give them time to rest and get settled in. Since they hadn't returned he assumed their plans of raising a pack had been successful which meant Lirim had another pack they were on good terms with. He didn't know the whole story behind Elias or how he came to meet Zuriel, but when he met him he didn't feel he was a threat and it looked as though him and Zuriel were vary close. The call from the borders was familiar and his brows rose in concern. It was calling for family, but the family it was looking for was no longer here. Picking up his pace he moved towards the call quickly and who came into voice was someone he hadn't expected. Though Kane hadn't spoke that day, he assumed the younger male had willingly went with them, but here he was at Lirim's borders looking for his family. "Kane," he greeted, though still having a worried look on his face. "Your mom and siblings left..... I thought you went with them." "Talk" & 'Think"
