I'm a picture-perfect face, With that wild in my veins
-Attempting to gather wild rose (Flower and rose hips)- In truth Maggie hadn't been doing much to make herself useful around here, and for a while she'd been content with that but as the felt the pack growing more active around her it had started to gnaw away at her. Finally with the expansion of Niente's territory into a location more friendly to her particular skill set she couldn't give any more excuses. Magnolia dragged herself from the frozen hull of the strange metal den that had been her home for the last few seasons and then moved more south, until she hit a flat stretch of land, shrubs dotting the land and a clumps of trees helping to shelter from the wind. But it wasn't the trees she was looking for. The woman padded towards the nearest shrub, gently nosing at the leaves looking for the distinctive pale pink petals of the plant she was looking for. She wanted to start trying to build a store before the harsh frost of winter would set in and as a perennial plant the wild rose she was looking for wouldn't be accessible soon enough; though being able to find it now would also mean being able to gather more once spring returned. |
