The 4th Day of Christmas

It's that time of year again, and with winter rapidly approaching, the weather is growing more unpredictable by day. While the north is already seeing snow, other parts of Boreas and Auster are still experiencing other unusual weather events. All you have to do is post a thread in one of these lands with your character trying to survive an avalanche of sorts, or reply to someone else's thread they've started involving an avalanche, and receive a reward!

In the North, a rather large avalanche suddenly strikes The Polar Sound and snow threatens to bury anyone in its vicinity
In the East, smaller but still quite dangerous avalanches strike the small mountain peaks of Alias Islands.
In the West, a strong storm passes through and sends uprooted trees and debris flying down the steep cliffs of Cryer's Ravine.
In Auster, as you begin to wander into Hallucination Caves, you swear you feel the cave begin to crumble around you. It feels like an earthquake beginning to intensify around you as the rocks begin to cascade around you... or is it merely your imagination playing tricks on you as the cave deprives you of your senses?

Requirements: Either start a thread, or post a reply to someone who has already started a thread in one of these lands, featuring an ongoing avalanche that your character is attempting to survive. This event runs from Monday, December 17th at 6 AM Ardent time to Tuesday, December 18th at approximately 6 AM Ardent time. At least one post must be done in this time with the requirements to receive the reward, though you may continue the thread at any time.

Bonus Requirement: Show your character using one of their skills to help in this scenario to gain bonus skill points! A navigator might use their knowledge of the terrain to escape, a healer might know how to minimize injury, a hunter might be able to track someone beneath the snow, etc.

Rewards: 1 Randomly Selected Raffle Ticket, and +10 Skill Points toward Applicable Skill

There is a limit of one reward per PLAYER for today's event.
