Further west she went until the lands appeared to get drier and drier. She moved under the cover of night today after she learned how hot the western lands got during the summer. She flicked her ears as she heard the distant and low rumble of thunder in the far off distance, but she doubted it would reach this far west. Paws kissed the dusty ground, sending little puffs of dirt and dust up around her feet as she walked. The bundle of herbs she had carried with her since wolfpaw lake were held gently and securely in her jaws, determined to bring them back home if she didn't trade them all out before then. Tonight, however, she was looking for something a little more...rare. Wolfsbane. She was a healer, yes. But poisons were more her thing and she hadn't been very successful finding it in Auster. Since Boreas seemed rich in herbs already, she figured she might as well try and find it on this side of the land bridge and hopefully get lucky. With the light of the moon, she began her search. The woman moving carefully across the dry, cracked grounds.

Clementine was heading south to reunite with her family. She heard numerous rumors of them settling down in that region and the babe determined it was time to be of use to the Wreckage name once again. Not that she wasn't useful back home, it is just she felt as though relocating with the majority of her kin would be of better use of her time. Though, on the way she felt the need to get to know the new lands. Stopping and memorizing different paths and scents. As well as resources, herbs, and watering holes. It was all important and especially with winter coming so soon. She assumed her family would already be prepping for the onslaught of winter and Clementine was determined to be of aid as well.

The woman trotted through the west with a sheer lack of expression. She was a generally joyous being but in idle she was rather blank. Her wits were about her thus there was no time for silly smiles. Clem's jaws were ajar to taste the outside world, scents flew onto her tongue with ease and she was made aware of the different creatures around. Though, what took her attention was the scent of another Wolfess. Clem slowed her roll as she studied the scent. Due to being new to these lands the only scent she knew was Wreckage and this was entirely different. The woman perked up, trotting along the cracked sand in order to find this stranger. Of course she wanted to say hello, this was her opportunity to meet her first native!

Clementine carried forth through the dry terrain now with excitement in her silver-blue gaze. Her tail was aligned with her spine but flicking with joy. Her mouth remained open and she followed the scent further along the sandy land, avoiding any major cracks in the earth. Today was not the day to be swallowed by a gap in the earth. Soon, she spotted another Wolf who was also likely the culprit of the scent. Clem raised her head and began to move her way. Her presence was very known for there was no hiding in this terrain. Blank sand with dangerous canyons. She rather be seen as she approached then try to be tricky and fall. Thus, as she neared the stranger her sweet voice called forth in order to get their attention. "Hello there!" Now a smile stained her obsidian lips. Only stopping her trot at about seven tail lengths away to avoid getting to close to this stranger. Clem was rather cautious but put a very cheerful front up.

She moved purposefully across the dry earth, eyes peeled for her prized herb. She hoped to find at least one plant here, but so far, she had yet to find anything. Her search wasn't done, however. She had only just begun. And when the voice of another female sounded in the night, Kas turned her head to find a younger, smaller female following her. She paused, eyes narrowing slightly at the stranger, though it was more to get a better look then out of suspicion. The girl was smiling, causing Deya's brow to rise a bit as she looked her over. Well, she was a pretty little thing...and she did like pretty little things. But alas, she didn't feel bothered enough to take this girl. And she didn't feel like dragging her across the country back home, either.

Instead, she turned to face the stranger, the Goddess standing in a regal poise as she studied the girl. "Good evening, girl. It's not very polite to follow a lady, you know. Especially in a place as dangerous as this. Accidents are prone to happen," There was a hint of warning in her words as she stared at her. But her sharp gaze was brief and quickly replaced with a friendlier facade. "What do you call yourself?" she questioned, head tilted ever so slightly with a hint of curiosity.

It seemed Clementine's trust may be a bit too generous at times. Since arriving in Boreas the babe hadn't met any 'baddies.' Most of the Wolves she met were either neutral or her family. Thus, as she happened upon this beautiful earth toned woman she was taken a back by her slightly venomous tone. The stranger did not like how Clementine had followed her through the barren land but could anyone blame her? Curiosity riddled the obsidian babe and seemed to get the better of her. Silver eyes studied the pompous pose the stranger took and her tail seemed to lower ever so slightly. A pang of embarrassment filled her chest as she thought over the words for a moment, but it did not last long. There was no reason for Clem to feel inferior for they were two Wolves in a barren land surrounded by nothingness. If the stranger wanted to pick a fight the Wreckage babe would retaliate but if they could settle for a mild conversation she would be much happier.

The silence was shortly sliced as a question was thrown into the dusty air. The woman perked up as she finally emitted her own sweet vocals. "I am Clementine Wreckage." Her voice was laced with a velvet flourish but still full of pride. She was a proud woman and would not allow meaningly encounters bring that down. The babe's silver gaze peered into the stranger's blue. It was her turn to take the floor. "And you are?" It seemed the naturally gentle creature could bounce back with her own, very mild, poison if need be. "Also, I am fully capable of holding my own, Miss." She propped her nose up into the air ever so slightly, "I am fairly new to these lands.. Curiosity of the natives is naturally occurring. You are the first i've encountered to have an issue with this." Clementine did not move her gaze from the opposing femme. She did not bear much dominance but she held a strong stance.
