He was not about to help out around here. He was feeding himself only, he refused to take food from anyone. He was no weak duckling needing cared for. His Father was Radek, he didn't take help from anyone. He didn't need it. He had settled in some old bear hibernation den he had found, not caring for sleeping in the elements. He didn't care that the idiots set a guard on him, he wasn't going anywhere. Not without his target. Where ever she might be.

This pack obviously wasn't about to take the time to get to know their captive. He lay in the entrance to his temporary den, packing his wound with cobwebs yet again. He had found some in this den and had taken them with little regard to the pack. They wouldn't need them. Toxic was likely to destroy everything until he found who he wanted. Epitaph and Rhyme were of little concern to him honestly, he just figured if someone was harboring the bitch it was bound to be her brother. HE had only picked out Epitaphs trail and decided to use him as cover. He was curious though if Rhyme was ever going to come figure out his real targets. He'd have to bribe Vlad heavily though, or earn his respect and trust enough for him to spill what was actually truth. The pregnant woman that had barked orders as they left hadn't even crossed his mind.

He finished and gave a yawn. He could go for a run and see if the stupid guard thought he was making a run for it but he was rather pleased with the idea of rest after his journey. HE laid his head on his paws and just relaxed.

She supposed she would have to do this some time. Meet the man who had walked to her border cheerful and nonplussed, like his entry into their lives meant nothing. She couldn’t wrap her head around his approach, why he would stop at her border like he was there for a friendly chat.

She couldn’t help but think this was a trap of some sort, and was very weary of his intentions. She wouldn’t let any of her weaker members anywhere near him, telling Ace to keep everyone away except for Rhyme, herself, and any other warriors that might take turns guarding him.

The suggestion that this might be something more, a trap of some sort, was really what propelled her forward. She nodded politely to Ace as she passed him, leaning closer to him to let him know she would speak to the man and for him to stay near by. She gave Ace a friendly smile, before taking in a deep breath, and going forward to see the slaver.

Right as he was about to drift off from boredom a scent and noise caught his attention. His head lifted and he eyed the woman before him. Obviously they shared one thing. He saw distrust on her face and he himself held that same trust issue. This bitch had allowed a fight to happen that hadn't needed to.

"I should wonder what you want, but really I dont care." she was the one here holding him captive in ways not even their own slaves were. "but just so one of us can say we're not being rude, what can I do for you?" not like he would actually do anything without payment. She was definitely being rude. Staring was rude and so was confining your slaves. At least they didn't imprison theirs in one den in a tiny area. Oh how he was definitely ready to be out of this place. Confinement was boring and he was going to lose his damn mind if he didn't at least stretch his muscles soon. He watched her with just a hint of distrust and hatred in his eyes. Her and Rhyme were who were keeping him from finding the bitch that would save his mother with her return.
