It had been many moons since Clementine had seen Branch and the others. After a long while of lingering within their homeland the woman determined it was time to reunite and aid her brethren. Clem traveled efficiently and fast. Only stopping when necessary or when a sight was just too beautiful to pass up but other then those few occasions her path was rather straight forward. Her undying determination got her far, allowing her to end her journey quickly as she tracked down the Wreckage scents. She assumed Branch was in charge from last she heard but with the lack of communication who knew what was happening in these foreign lands? The black and white Wolfess came forth through the thicket to arrive at a very strongly scented border that screamed familiarity. Clementine took a long moment to inhale those tones of her kin, allowing it to kindle that loving flame within her chest. Suddenly the woman let her head tilt upward in order to let out a long howl indicating both her arrival and a summoning for those who may recognize her voice. Her demeanor was soft as she was merely a rogue knocking at a kingdoms door. She had no authority and no reason to puff out her chest, nor was that her style. The greyscale Wolf was on alert but casually so. Yet, notably her eyes twinkled with a strong excitement as her heart pounded within her chest. Finally, she would be reunited with Branch and be of use to her family much more then she previously had been. ooc: Tag for Branch but any other pack members or family members are welcome to say hello as well!

He was pleased with the outcome of the pack so far and he was feeling comfortable again being in the company of his siblings. Not all of them were here, but the ones that were made him feel more at home then he had before he started the pack. He still had his concerns with his neighbors to worry about, but he hoped if he just stayed out of there way things would turn out alright. They didn't really have many guards in the pack yet so patrols were rotated between Birch, Huck, and himself and so far he felt the rotation was a good one for the time being. He hoped they would continue to grow and be able to spread their trading and their knowledge from pack to pack. He was currently finishing up a patrol when the howl from the borders drew his attention. There was familiarity within the voice making a broad grin spread across his face. Turning his body he quickly headed to greet her. He didn't want to keep her waiting and he himself wanted to get there quickly. It didn't take him long before her form came into view. As soon as he saw her his tail began to wag showing his happiness to see her here. He galloped to greet her, but stopped his large form before he would run into her. "Clementine!!! Welcome!!" he greeted. |
Excitement radiated from her obsidian form as she waited patiently at the border. Her tail trembled, beating on the ground ever so slightly. Though, her time waiting ended rather quickly as a dark form appeared from the thicket. A thick smile stained her delighted lips as she perked up. Instantly she knew it was her sibling Branch. His large greyscale form and blue eyes. Clementine's rear wiggled as he came closer with words of greetings. "Branch! I have missed you so much!" Her voice was chipper and music to anyone's ears. As he stopped the woman took a few steps forward, closing the distance between them to nuzzle into his scruff if he allowed it. Clementine relished within the scent of her kin before taking a few large steps back to bring some distance between them once again. The woman took a moment to eye him over, observing his powerful demeanor and strong form. It was apparent he was doing well and the she hoped that meant the same for the others. More excitement formed within her chest as she thought of potentially meeting up with the rest of her family. Though, Clementine pushed all of the giddy thoughts aside and stared now into his eyes. It was time to get the rundown of what was going on in these lands and where she would fit into the puzzle. "Tell me everything." The joyful Wolf sat upon her rear, assuming they would take a few minutes to converse about everything she missed out on. "Are the others here? How are you? And is there a pack?" She assumed if the family were here together they would have formed a formal pack but how could she know if that were to be the truth.

He gladly allowed her to nuzzle him in greeting. His tail wagged happily as he took in the scent of his sister, glad that she had finally made it. It was his dream to have the whole clan here, but Branch knew that sadly that would never be a reality. The elders were to set in their ways and did not believe that he could accomplish what he had planned. "I've missed you to Clem! How was your travels?" he said as she backed up from the embrace. Then she began to ask questions and he could see the excitement within her eyes. His eyes were bright and his smile grew bigger as he tried to figure out where to begin. What should he start with first? Should he give her the long version at a later time? He was eager for her to rest up from her travels, she must be worn out. "So far Ivy, Aspen, Birch, Honeyberry, and Huckleberry are here. I have made it an official pack about a week ago. We have a solid and official home," he stated with a big grin. "We have a few others that have joined us that are not family so some new faces." |
