i'm confused and angry
Antsy, Theta had taken to pacing in a straight line. Small legs pumping up and down and in a pattern that almost appeared to be marching. The pup didn't do well when things didn't go her way. She always got her way no matter what. When there was nothing she could do she likewise didn't know what to do with herself eithier.
The early morning sun was already well risen and the spring grass shone like it had its own gentle glow from within. The air felt refrigerated, that same coolness combined with moisture the young Lord always felt when he reached for his breakfast. Though it was late enough for bright light, it was early enough for the lands to be almost deserted of the roaming creatured -- Perfection. Or so he thought, it was not long until the breeze shifted and carried a particular perfume towards him. Inhaling, the lad recognized the familiarity however he could not place his claw on the face that if belonged to. The world was as silent as if it ended in the night and what better activity for him then to hunt down the source of his mystery. Ready or not, here I come. Speech |
Searching for the source she yelled out to them "You're not very sneaky if that's what you're going for." It was hardly a good idea to make a sound when trying to remain hidden, it made it far too easy to get spotted.
Theta had learned that when it came to hiding, you were supposed to treat it like you weren't even there. Dark as the silence or something like that.
Her bat-like ears would perk on top of his regalia at the words, auditory system flickering every now and then, attempting to stop the source of the voice. The young Lord was certian that the voice was indeed familiar but he could not place his tiny paw on a name no matter how much he tried. Why was this girl thinking that he was hiding? And hiding from what? She did not even knew her in the first place so certainly she was not hiding from her but she seemed interested, or at least her curiosity was peaked high enough to actually respond to him. He remained low, crawling on his belly every now and then and halting in his movements abruptly after a few, in order to listen closely and sniff , locating the source. By the sound of her voice echoing through the land and by her scent alone he noticed she was not that far away but how close he could not say. He decided to use his intelligence rather than his agility, his enormous tail would not do him any good anyhow. Come and find me then. he mused, loud enough for her to hear but low enough to not divulge his exact location. He threw a tiny rock in the opposite direction and let the tall grass camouflage his being. Speech |
