Set some time after Rhyme retrieves her from erovrare

Rhyme had brought her to these lands, granted her her freedom and life as her own. Though she had yet to see any of their pack. She had slipped away from Rhyme that day and found a place where she'd dug all night. A small den is what she had, with an opening very few would ever fit through. She even had to squeeze out but on the other side was a bolt exit she had dug to give herself the confidence to be in the den. It was slightly wider and hidden under a tree. It was her sanctuary within these lands that Rhyme claimed were her sanctuary. She was skeptical about it all though. She'd been born in a world where fear was her only ally.

Hunger drove her on a daily basis though to find the fresh kill pile, though she was always quick to grab something and bolt back to her den. She hadnt been bothered yet but she had chosen a remote place that was hard to find she hoped.

She slid from the burrow slowly after popping her head out to make sure everything was clear first. She would be lying if she said that she didn't miss Hannibal's children. She had no clue what went on outside the borders. She made herself a prisoner of her own home, probably an unhealthy thing but it was safe. She sat under the stars with her baby blues upon the moon. Did everyone in the world see it the same? Or was it different? To her it was the one light in the dark that could guide you through the darkest of times. Or at least that's what it symbolized. She'd let Rhyme patch her muzzle up but never once did she stay long enough to speak with him or anyone. It was alot to be told you had freedom. She didnt even know what it was, and truth be told it kind of scared her.

Poem was being a particularly naughty puppy that night. She had snuck out of the den, stealthily of course. She managed to get past both Shaye and uncle taphy. Unfortunately she was forced to leave Motif behind. If she had attempted to awaken her sister she might have disturbed either adult in the den.

A few days ago Poem had watched as her father led a tiny woman. Into the territory. The young Destruction had been instantly reminded of Epitaph with the scars that similarly covered her body. Since then she had been determined to find her. Tonight seemed a good a night as any.

Icy white paws led her too long legs through Abaven during the night. She knew that not all members slept at night and was on high alert last she be caught. Using all of her senses she was able to evade everyone until she saw Eulogy's pale markings in the starlight.

She approached slowly, her huge blue and lavender eyes curious as her ivory tail wagged behind her. "You're the one my dad brought here a few days ago, right?" Poem's dark ears clung to her head as her eyes flicked to each of Eulogy's scars. Had she grown up in the same place as uncle taphy?

The silence of the night drug on and she was glad for it yet she also missed those ever curious pups of Hannibal's. She was certain that recluse would be out of the den right now enjoying the time where she could be out without the sun burning her pale flesh. while both the others would be asleep or almost asleep with Thys. The silence was broken by the sound of not to quiet paws and a voice of a wolf too young to fear yet. Her ears still instinctively fell though and her head turned those baby blues to the child.

She took her appearance in. Her eyes, those markings, she could be no other than Rhyme's child. But it was unclear who her mother should be. How had she missed this? Rhyme had children already and she was barely anywhere new with her life yet. He'd rewritten himself and she was still that young slave girl who let others do as they pleased to her. Her expression softened as she looked upon the child. A small nod was given, and softened vocals came forth. "He's my brother, which i guess makes you my neice." She lowered her body to lay down with her eyes on the child and tail curled around her haunches. "Does he know your out here this late?" obviously she wasn't angry, there wasn't the heart in Eulogy to be mad or vengeful, ever. Maybe too much of Rhythm was in her, or maybe it was her own view on the world, but then again it could be how she'd always been the underdog in things.

Poem Destruction

The woman shifted to look at her as Poem asked her question softly. The young Destruction was surprised at how much the she wolf who turned out to be her aunt, looked like Grandmother Rhythm. She tilted her ashen features curiously as she was given an answer, she was the same woman. Also her aunt. She looked nice enough, and Poem already had an affection for those with scars. Thanks to her uncle Taphy.

”Does he know you’re out here?”

Poem shrugged in a non answer, the act she usually took when she didn’t want to lie but she also didn’t want to tell the truth. She tried to stear the conversation elsewhere. "I’m Poem Destruction," the girl mentioned exuberantly. "What’s your name?" She then added with a quick probe. So far she seemed enough like her favorite caregiver, Poem thought she might really like this newfound aunt as well.

The shrug from the girl told her everything, Rhyme was unaware of her being out and about at this hour. But she wasnt about to stop the girl. She seemed to have at least chosen to stay inside the territory and to find someone who was safe. At least even though the girl was likely breaking rules she was smart enough to be where she knew she was safe.

She gave a smile to her and a light laugh. Well what he doesn't know wont hurt him I guess, so long as you stay inside the territory and are back in your own den by morning. We won't tell him. she pushed her ears forward as the girl spoke once more. She was changing the subject and that was okay by Eulogy. She gave her name and Eulogy noted the way the name was carried by her. She was proudly a destruction, though Eulogy wasnt sure she was herself. Her mother had went through alot as a slave and if it wasnt for the way she was forced upon her mom then she wouldnt be here.

Eulogy Destruction... she was even quieter about the destruction name than was normal but she maintained the eye contact with the girl at least. She pressed her ears back as well. She knew Rhyme wasnt a destruction but his daughter was granted the name so her mother must of wanted her to have it for one reason or other.

Poem Destruction

Poem managed to get a chuckle from her aunt as she shrugged off the answer, Eulogy was amused and told her she needn't even worry about Rhyme knowing where she was if she returned by morning. It wasn’t her dad she was worried about finding her though, it was her mom. Rhyme didn’t often share the den with Shaye, Epitaph, and her sister. He didn’t like to sleep under a roof, and occasionally he allowed her to snuggle up with him while he slept under the stars.

Poem felt concern and tilted her head curiously as Eulogy muttered her name, she obviously did not hold the same pride in it that Shaye had instilled on her own daughters. "Why do you say it so sad?" Her own voice was lowered a bit, its sweet innocence ringing through. "Are you afraid a master will hear you?" Epitaph had told her and Moo the story of his captivity. She had been young and didn’t realize how horrible the experience really was, but her young mind did comprehend there was much unpleasantness and pain. "You don’t need to be. Mom and Dad keep them faaar away." She tried to comfort her aunt, and moved to give the older woman a nuzzle at her cheek.
