Poem Destruction Poem skipped along the rocky side of the rapids, her confidence blossoming as her limbs carried her safely beside the fast moving water. Being a clumsy puppy she held the very real risk of tripping and falling into the water, but she couldn’t be bothered to think of things like that. Bright white banner waved behind her as a smile clung to her face. Of course her chase would have been better if one of her siblings was with her, but they were all out doing their own thing. Motif liked to usually hang out with her, but their momma had taken her off to do a bit of one on one training. That was usually where Poem was at this time. She had been studying a lot more with her momma, but she still treasured the lessons from her dad. The young Destruction girl suddenly stopped, her form shifting naturally into a defensive position like she had just encountered an enemy. Her ears fell to her skull, her joints bent and she evenly distributed her weight. She bared her teeth at the invisible enemy and growled as ferocious as an almost six month old could. Hackles raised high she felt like a real warrior. All of this was negated at the sudden weight on her back. Poem squealed unexpectedly as her friend Edgar appeared out of nowhere and dug his talons into her back. Her heart raced as she relaxed with relief. "Edgar, you scared me!" She told him as he ruffled his fledgling feathers. "Did you fly all the way from the nest?" There was a bit of pride in her voice as she asked it, he’d been flying further and further each day. He about had all of his adult feathers too. He was a beautiful Raven, partially black and partially white, a combination of his parents. ”Yes! Crack.” The raven replied with obvious pride, his chest puffed and he held his beak high. Poem felt a large smile about overwhelm her. Soon they’d be doing patrols just like her mom and Tato. "Speech"

Location: monument rapids After being accepted into Abaven Leonce thought it was best to try and meet the other pack wolves. He had yet to make a permanent friend and it was about time he did so. While exploring the pack lands his eyes found a pup who seemed to be  talking with a bird. He couldn't quite make out what they were saying, but Leonce saw this as a perfect opportunity to make an impression on the pack. If he could get in with this pup and maybe their siblings if they had any then maybe their opinions would spread and the adults would like him too. Leonce loved pups, they liked having fun and so did Leonce so it was easy to relate. Leonce walked up to the pup and said "Hi what's your name? I'm Leonce! I just got here." Baring the goofy grin that always seemed to make its way onto his face. Leonce Colin action

Poem Destruction Poem beamed at the young raven with pride as he turned to preen himself. Partially to hide his embarrassment, but also make his feathers shine. He was flying now! He had to look good when his abilities were admired. The two would find their celebration interrupted by a sudden stranger. Poem’s wide blue and lavender eyes widened at the sight of him, but he didn’t look mean. If someone was in the packlands they were good. Icy white tail wagged in response as he grinned widely at her and the raven upon her hips. He greeted her eagerly, giving her his name after he asked her own. Poem wiggled happily in response. ”Hello, Leonce!” Her voice was chipper as she tried to calm down her puppy energy. She was taught to be polite, when the stranger initiated play she could let loose. ”I’m Poem Destruction,” She beamed proudly, taking her mother’s words to heart. ”It’s nice to meet you!” She finished with a polite dip of her head before remembering her second. ”Oh! And this is Edgar, the bravest raven in Abaven!” She added as she pointed her features towards the black and white bird as he flapped his wings eagerly again. "Speech"

Leonce was cheerfully greeted which only made him smile all the more. The pup introduced herself as Poem Destruction, he guessed this must be the alphas' pup. There was a kind of similarity between them. She also introduced the bird which had begun cleaning itself which reminded Leonce as well of his companion. "This is Colin, he's a furry snake!" Leonce said proudly he still hadn't gotten the term of ferret through his head. Colin emerged from his spot on Leonces' back to deliver a quick bite to the skin on Leonces' scruff. "Ferret!!" Sometimes the thickness of Leonces' brain could really annoy the companion. Having been bitten by his friend Leonce sulked "You didn't need to bite me." Looking back at Poem he said "Colin can be mean sometimes, Edgar seems nice though." Leonce Colin action

Poem Destruction Poem liked this adult, he was very smiley and seemed interested in what he had to say. Leonce seemed to have to be reminded of his companion as well as he suddenly spoke up about the creature on his back. ”This is Colin, he's a furry snake!" Poem had been warned to keep away from the snakes in the plains, but as this creature appeared he didn’t remind her of any snake she had ever seen. Furred or otherwise. She was growing a little suspicious when Colin piped up that he was indeed a ferret. Poem smiled politely to him as well. It seemed the two of them had their differences though, and the ferret didn’t hesitate to bite his master. Poem watched them and smiled as Leonce told her Edgar seemed nice. "Edgar and I are training to be partners!" She told the two of them proudly, "You should come next time we have lesson. It really helps us!" Of course she was sure Leonce was not training to be an alpha, but surely they would benefit from the bonding type lessons. "Speech"

Partners? Leonce hadn’t thought of Colin as a partner, just a friend. Was he doing something wrong? Was this not how friends worked? Leonce found that in most of his friendships they worked closer to how him and Colin worked. Leonce would have to do some serious thinking about this one. He liked the idea of coming with Poem and Edgar to a lesson but he figured that that would just be imposing. If it was a lesson meant for Poem and Edgar he didn’t want to be there messing it up. “It sounds like it would be fun, but if it’s something for you guys it should be something for you guys.” Leonce Colin action
