i could be your angle... or yuor devil
She'd quickly taken to the den Rhyme had placed her in after the fire, it was in her mind at least his place as much as hers. In truth she found herself more drawn to it than she'd ever intended, she had finally made he choice about her place here in Abaven, now that her sprained ankle had healed she'd need to get to work. For the time being though the woman was familiarizing herself with the land she found herself in, taking her time and stretching her limbs, feeling out her ankle, making sure it was well and truly done healing. Her mind was wandering to those that lived here, she'd need to properly talk to Shaye, make the effort at least... and she wished to try and meet and connect with a few more members. It'd be better to establish herself, make herself useful and endear herself where she could. Did she have an end game yet..? Well that she could work towards, maybe see if she could make contact with her family... but for now, all she knew was she needed to make herself an asset to others who weren't Rhyme. |

After a brief sniff, she could tell that Samara wasn’t home, and would catch the scent trail the woman had left. It took her around Abaven, and Shaye could only guess she was still learning the lay of the land, and the roundabout path showed her more than a straight one would have.
She found the dark coated woman eventually, near the rapids, and stretching out her limbs. Shaye cleared her throat as she approached, stopping not far from the stranger. “Hello, Samara, is it?” she said politely. “I’m Shaye, the Alpha here” she explained.

Speak of the devil and she shall appear. It seemed Shaye would seek out Samara herself and the woman would recognize the tall woman as she approached, Samara slowed to allow Shaye to close the distance though she noted the polite distance that the woman still kept between them. A polite even tone reached her ears and Samara allowed an easy friendly smile to break across her muzzle. "Yes, a pleasure to meet you Shaye." She giggled, light and innocent. "I was actually hoping to bump into you. I figured it was probably time to introduce myself." She drew her right forepaw across her chest and dipped her torso towards the ground in a sort of bow, a particular quirk she'd picked up from a noble family she'd intergrated with once. |
