Gods above he was bored. His mother, he noticed, hadn't been as active as she was last season, but she hadn't told anyone and he wasn't sure if it was anything serious, either. So in turn, he didn't tell anyone. He wasn't sure if Iroh had noticed, and if he had, he also didn't say anything. So maybe it was just his imagination and his mom was fine. What did he know about illness anyway? Nothing. He wasn't interested in herbs or healing others. He wanted to fight and get a high rank in the pack. But for now...he was reduced to learning from someone he hadn't really seen since the last pack training. The guy he was paired with was an...uncle or something...right? He wasn't totally sure, but whatever relation he had to him if any, they hadn't trained at all yet. Zagan wasn't too happy about it, so if his mentor wasn't seeking him out to train him, Zagan would seek out his own training.

He walked along the border, gaze searching the other side of anything or anyone of interest, though he had yet to see anything. Iroh was likely off doing his own thing, and his mother was resting in the den. He wondered what the others in the pack were up to, but he didn't know if he should bother him. Maybe if he didn't find anything of interest here after a little while, he'd seek someone out.

Saren was trying to get out of his hiding places a little more. Maybe if he met more of the people in his pack he would find someone who was alright with him being a little more mellow than the rest of his siblings. He was still a bit tentative with greeting other people but maybe he would only improve if he did it more.

As Saren explored he found another pup, one who looked similar to another pup he had met. He didn’t remember the other ones name, or even if he had gotten it. When Saren was a decent distance away from the other pup he tried to greet them “U-um H-hi.
