Sparrow had been more and more curious about the life of a pirate. She wanted to go and explore with a band of friends and be tough and wild and free and... she felt like she didn't get any of that here. Everything was bleak and boring and when was uncle Chaos going to raid someone? Surely she was old enough and strong enough to go raiding at least once! Maybe her dad could take her. Or Tyr. One of them would be up for something fun, right? They had to be! And if she ran into her uncle before then, maybe she could convince him to have some fun too! Either way, there was fun to be had and she was going to have it!

It wasn't like the present situation was ideal, but Ashmedai wasn't complaining. So what if the whole mountain exploding thing had postponed his plans to bring in the pirate gang? He could wait. They could wait too. They were a self-sufficient group and Ashmedai was needed by his kids. Speaking of which, he wasn't sure what Sparrow was up to, but he was most definitely certain that she was up to no good. When he found her sniffing around the pack, he knew it was trouble. Big trouble: she was bored. With a deep sigh, Ashmedai approached his daughter. Their eyes met for a split second and Ashmedai already could the numerous excuses bubbling into her little head.

"Alright, let's have it."

Sparrow's eyes met her father's. For a delicate and brief moment, her mind was flooded with excuses. The bad thing about them being so similar was that Ashmedai could read Sparrow like a book. Sparrow already knew no typical excuse would work. He already knew she was up to no good. She couldn't lie herself out of this one and so when he eventually asked for her to fuss up, she let out a defeated sigh.

"I'm BORED, okay? I wanna do SOMETHING. Something big."

She did her best pout- her last chance at redemption. Maybe if she pulled this off, he'd give in and actually be down to do something.
