Separation Anxiety
Banshee
The call came to Banshee as a pleasant surprise. She had been carving away at another spear in the making. Fangs grinding against the tender wood of a fallen tree branch. Resting just outside of her new and improved den the babe stood, spear between her jaws, and tucked away the weapon for safe keeping. There was no reason to bring it with her. With more practice Banshee hoped to be able to make good and proper weapons. Maybe one day she'd gift one to her siblings or even make a supply for the Armada. But, for now she'd keep her practice pieces hidden in her den beneath furs. Long tan legs carried the tall and lean Wolf to the border. It wasn't long before the promising sight of her beautiful sister came to view. Pale alabaster fur tainted with gentle grey strikes. A grin fell upon Ban's lips as she approached. There was little hesitation when the fanged gal moved in attempt to embrace Recluse with a nuzzle to her scruff. "Sister." A pause as Banshee aimed to back up a tad. "Is everything okay?" "Speech"

Banshee was filled with warmth as her mild hug and inquire were well received. Their relationship had never been rocky but perhaps... distant at times. In the end the two grew up together and loved one another. Banshee would always consider her sister to be a great friend and never welled her into the lump of disappointing adults in her life. Recluse's response made Banshee raise a truly shocked brow. It was difficult for the yearling to consider what the two could have even spoken about. But, by her sisters tone she could assume it wasn't about anything pleasant. "What did he have to say?" An inky lip twitched slightly as she felt annoyance rise in her chest. A feeling that was soon diminished as her sibling nudged her lightly. Ban laughed softly while shaking her head ever so slightly, dismissing her own anger. "This may be a proper time to inform you that I have officially dismissed both of our parents." The babe took a seat with a firm grin. "Sirius has taken me in and now considers me a part of his family." Ban shrugged gently as her eyes shifted to the ground. "He is much better then Hannibal ever was and saved my life." "Speech"

Banshee listened to the venomous tones of her pale sibling. Blue eyes searched the ravenous pink gaze and saw nothing but distaste beneath the surface. It was hard for any of Hannibal's offspring to take what he had to say seriously when so much had happened. How could they hear his apologetic words and be able to accept them? Banshee could say she'd never forgive her once Father and it was time to move on. The last time he abandoned them she had wound up in a very horrible situation, mentally and physically. She would not allow the cruel man to tamper with her, or any of her siblings, well being ever again. A nod was offered before a long sigh. "I say we move on from Hannibal, sister. Let us prove that we are greater then that ghoul." With a wrinkle of her nose Banshee attempted to sweep the venom under the rug and allow her thoughts to traverse a more positive path. "On a lighter note, I think I have a.. crush on someone." Banshee squinted at her own folly, "A boy from Risen." "Speech"
