There was nothing as limiting and as capable of taking away one's freedom then having children, and though Zee should have felt restricted by their presence she felt anything but. The first little while with them was wondrous and new, and it was almost as if she was seeing the world again for the first time through their eyes. At first she'd needed to spend every day glued to them, feeding them regularly and making sure they were reaching their milestones. After they'd grown stronger however she allowed herself small breaks to wander and explore while they were under Sirius' watchful gaze. Her first exploration out of the den was towards a territory very nearby - Deathbelle's claimed Archipelago. It was near enough to the Tall Grass Plains that she could hurry back should there be trouble or if she simply missed her little ones too much. Swimming from island to island was much easier now without the weight of pregnancy holding her down, and she found herself enjoying the trip across from larger island to small. Eventually she settled at the largest - Dove Island. It was a beautiful place with towering trees and warm beaches. Ashen had done well for themselves in their choice of location, and Zee knew that the area would only be improved when the warriors got to work building their bridges across each isle. She peered out at the horizon, sweeping her gaze across the gently rolling waves and blue sky. The volcano's wrath was definitely retreating, and in it's absence the lands began to flourish once more. Zee lay herself down on the beach, feeling the warm sand beneath her paws and continued to watch out into sea. It was her first moment of relaxation and true peace since having the children, and she was going to enjoy it as best she could. OOC NOTES: Liquid timing forward a bit until Zee's pups are old enough that she can leave them for short periods. "Speech"

Sirius had no issues with his four tiny pups being left in his care. He was eternally grateful for how he had puppy-proofed the room before hand, and made it difficult for curious little paws to escape. But then confined to the large round room of the puppy play area at the back of the den, they still managed to be a lot of trouble. Sniffling wandering little creatures, eternally tripping over their own paws, Azure especially with his giant front paws. Sirius was a little worried about those, and hoped it was a sign of his sons size to come, and not a deformity that would hinder him in life.

He was just collecting them all into a little puppy pile for the hundredth time when Deathbelle paid him a visit. She admitted to wanting to spend time with her niece and nephews, and he left her to it, kissing his childhood friend on the side of her cheek, and then each and every pup, before leaving them in privacy so Deathbelle could coo over the little lives.

He went in search of Zee, now that he was free, and found that her scent stopped on the shore to Dove Island. The Warlord looked out forlornly across the small gap of ocean, as he waited for a glimpse of his beautiful blue-tan Wife.

The archipelago was massive and encompassing, each island seeming to hold a different climate as well as separate flora. In the distance she saw jungle, caverns, and mountain. Another few smaller islands were more tropical, and then of course the largest island held dozens of trees where doves would come to make their nests. So much differences, but yet Ashen owned it all. The choice in territory was a good one, and the diversity would likely find them many herbs and types of prey.

Pawsteps sounded behind her and Zee turned her head to see his approach. "Sirius!" She shouted, standing quickly and moving towards him. "Is everything okay? What happened? Where are the pups?" She'd left her husband to care for the children so if he was here, it must be because there was an emergency.

Thank goodness his Wife swam back to this side of the island, instead of expecting him to make his way to her. He was yet to get past the little issue he and large bodies of water had. The thick mud he had almost drowned in not too long ago certainly didn’t help his opinion of swimming.

Her worry caught up to him pretty quickly, and he blinked in surprise, did she really think he would be casually standing here if something was wrong with their little ones? “Their godmother kicked me out so she could spend some quality time with them.” he admitted, an apologetic smile on his muzzle as he reached over to kiss her, he hadn’t meant to scare her. “Well Deathbelle is playing nanny, did you want to tell me what you thought of the island?” he knew Zee hadn’t had a great deal of time to explore, she had arrived here pregnant, and had then given birth. The children didn’t need her 24/7 and there were a few wolves they trusted with their lives. The two of them could finally explore in short bursts.

Zee's lips pulled apart with a soft audible 'tsk', and she lifted a paw to swat lightly at his chest. "Don't scare me like that." Allowing herself to breath once more, she turned back towards the cluster of islands. "I can see why Deathbelle chose to come here." She responded lightly, shrugging her shoulders. "Wide range of resources, defendable, beautiful. You need only now to build her some bridges, so swim-less titans like you can cross safely." She looked back at him to give him a grin, and then stepped back towards the island shore.

The cool water lapped at her paws and the sand hugged them in an almost embrace. There was true beauty and majesty here, any could see it. Zee thought to the future, taking her children here to watch the doves build their nests and raise their younglings. Watching them learn to fly, and trying to school the pups on how to catch them mid-flight. It would be a useful skill to have if any of them found themselves needing to stuff a half-dozen pillows in the future. There would be an isle for each activity, it seemed. To lounge beneath the shade of a tropical palm tree, to explore a jungle biome. The very idea thrilled the explorer within her.
