Sirius looked down at the curious, prideful pup at his feet as they entered the territory of the Armada for the first time together. There was a quiet smile on his lips as they crossed the well-scented border, and made their way to the communal area that lay centered in the pack. The great Obelisk that stood tall and proud, unmovable, buried deep in the earth was the first thing any newcomer would see. A closer inspection would reveal the pack’s code, chiseled deep into its side.
Passing that, they came across the firepit, dug into the earth and layered with stone and topped with kindle. It was day, and the fire lay unlit. The large grassy area beyond that was easily a place that could hold the bulk of the pack for meetings, and had the scent of many wolves crossing paths. Mounds that signified dens - many unclaimed, were dotted behind the obelisk, a short walk from the fire pit. The scent of herbs and the sound of gentle running water could be heard from the direction of Iolare’s cottage, and her carefully crafted garden that sat in the hill in tiers. The wolf-made pond gently sloshing water down to the herbs below.
He gave the pup a chance to take in the sights, as he stopped before the cellar, and nudged the trap door open. The scent of preserved meat would drift outwards. Hefting the rabbits from his back and into his maw, Marshal lifting into the sky, he would enter the food store.

Zabrina followed dutifully after Sirius as he showed her around. She tried to appear nonplussed but in truth all the gadgets and gizmos, all the space and the things, were blowing her mind. She'd never seen anything like it. Granted she didn't have much experience with things beyond the den she'd been born in and traveling with her mother so maybe all packs were like this but that didn't change the fact that she was gobsmacked by it all. Sirius had so much stuff! And it smelled like there were wolves everywhere.
She looked around as they stopped to drop off the meat and finally offered her opinion on everything. "Wow..." No really, wow. It was kind of overwhelming. Everything was cool and all but she kinda wanted to wedge herself into a crevice somewhere and take a nice long breather or a nap or something because this was kind of hurting her head. How was her mom going to find her among all these things and wolves? She was tiny and her scent was tiny. Her mom could sniff and miss her.
"You've got a lot of stuff," she commented before worrying her lower lip. Maybe soon Sirius would take her where she was going to stay and let her lay down for a bit. It was funny, before this she never would have volunteered to lay down. Any time her mom brought up a nap it was a proper fight to make it happen, but now? Now she would willingly put herself to bed. "And a lot of food," she said as she peeked into the food store.

He glanced down to the starry-eyed young girl as she took in everything before her. She looked both amazed and a little worried, if he were to venture a guess. He couldn’t be sure what she was thinking, but he had a feeling she was a little overwhelmed. Her world had just grown in size, and changed in structure dramatically.
“We do, and a good thing to - I have a deal to keep after all” he pointed out with a smile. He continued to move through the common area, the round-about direction he had taken to her den, so she could see this place.
“Come on” he said, as he moved past the storage, he could deal with the rabbits later, and the one he had gifted her she could bring with her, she needed some more meat on her bones.
He took her away from the common area, and towards his den, which sat before a quiet, shallow stream that licked the land a few meters from its entrance. He pushed aside the coat that hang as a door at the entrance, and showed her the large open area that housed a small cellar, and other emergency supplies. Moving past that led them towards different rooms that branched off in this direction or that. He moved towards these small dens, the entrances of the unoccupied ones stood barren, with no door to bar them. He could change that easily enough, the set up for the coats was already in place. “Feel free to pick your den from one of these” he offered, indicating the empty ones. The dens of himself, the nursery, Bird, and Accaria already had doors to block them off.

"...I have a deal to keep after all." At this Zabrina cocked her head and look up at Sirius. He may have been joking but she wasn't when she said, "Yep, that's right. And I eat a lot so it's doubly a good thing." She fully intended to eat her weight every day if allowed. Sirius didn't know what he'd gotten himself into. This was a deal she fully intended to get "her money's worth" out of. She'd be as round as she was tall by the time everything was all said and done - and that sounded wonderful to her.
Zabrina skidded to a halt and stood gaping up at Sirius. Had she heard him correctly? Not only did she get to pick a den but it would be all hers? She was going to get a den all to herself? No way! The sheer amount of stuff and space this place had was dizzying. When her mom came back she was going to do her best to convince her to stay because this was really cool. To be sure she'd heard him correctly, Zabrina asked, "A whole den to myself?"
