Bitches and Hos (fight training)
Trotting through the mists that never quite burned off even in the summer sun, she came to a stop in a wide open spot and threw up her head in a carrying shout, calling for the pack's fighters to come together in training.
OOC: y'all wardogs gotta week to post. Babies included if you feel like. Don't make me disappointed in you.
Dómari kept to himself since the party. Justice had been ill so it made that part easy enough, though no matter how hard he tried he could not remember what had happened after he'd declared his love to his best friend. The night had been a blur with patches of clarity and patches of black. He was certain he'd blacked out right after the words left his mouth. They hadn't really spoken sense. There was little doubt in the old warrior's mind that he'd just fucked up the only friendship he had. A call rang out and his stomach dropped. Justice was calling the warrior's together. He was pleased that she was feeling better but he still had no idea what to say. He knew he probably just needed to ask about it but a meeting wasn't the time. Maybe he could catch her afterwards. Dómari arrived at the meeting feeling terribly self-conscious but he did offer Justice a weak smile as he took his seat, playing with his paws as he waited. "Speech" |
Quickening her pace as she drew closer, Caelia was surprised to find she was the first that had arrived. Emerging from the mist that never quite seemed to fully dissipate, she settled down not far from Justice. Fortunately for her she'd been pretty close when she called, but she hadn't really expected to be the first one to show up. Ah, well. Leaning back on her haunches she waited patiently, wondering who else might show up for training today.
Coran had been chasing a rabbit, and before that, he had been chasing a different rabbit and well, so it went. The brindled pup had found a group of equally young foolish rabbits that had been playing around easy to find. It was irritating he hadn’t managed to catch one of them but at the same time, it was a lot of fun trying. |

Justice’s howl rang out, and Aurielle had been slower to respond than normal. Ardyn had experienced a moment of extreme puppy brain, charging after a rabbit down its warren hole, and gotten his pudgy, growing body wedged tightly, firebrand tail lashing the air as he realized he was stuck. She’d had to dig him out.
She finished dusting him off and trotted briskly toward the call, pausing as she caught a good look at Justice, and a good sniff. Hm.
Ardyn bounced to sit beside his siblings and Aurielle took a moment to glance over the group that had gathered. Cairo hadn’t arrived yet, but she wasn’t surprised. He’d been a bit down since hearing about Lia’s disappearance. But he’d be along soon, she wagered. However he might feel, he wouldn’t miss training.

At first glance, Aurielle's coat is pure white.. Her fur has an iridescent quality (like moonstones) where the fur shimmers different colors under various angles of light: in this case, the colors shown by rainbow moonstones. Not one hair on her hide is a solid unnatural color, but, ya know, it's really hard to convey that in still art :P
Aurielle's English is heavily laden with an Irish, Swedish mixed accent.
Her family is allowed to crash all her threads, Private and Open.
As of Autumn Year 14, Aurielle glows with a bright blue-white bio-luminescence in her fur, and bears a marking over her left eye - see profile and reference.

Alright, so, going after the rabbit had not been the most intelligent thing he’d ever done in his short life. It wasn’t the dumbest stunt he’d pulled – the bee hive ranked highest on the list – but it was still a little embarrassing. It took his mother twenty minutes to dig him free.
He’d been unable to hear Justice’s call for a fighting training session, what with his head being wedged in the ground. So when his mother tugged him free of the widened hole and dusted him off, then set off at a brisk trot, he scampered after her, shaking off the last crumbs of soil.
He was surprised when they entered the group, though he quickly pounced after his siblings, smiling up at Caelia and Domari, then at Justice as his rump plopped to the ground at his father’s large paws.

Ardyn at first glance is as black as can be imagined with a raven sheen.
Closer inspection proves that he shimmers in fire tones in every hair on his hide right down to his lashes.
More obviously, he glows like a bed of coals and flames with every movement and brush of fur. His tail is usually wagging, so blazes like a torch.
His adult teeth are in and his saber canines have grown to their full length (see profile). His mane and tail hair have grown to full length, as well as being lightweight and easily buffeted by breezes.
A look at his front paws will give the impression of hands, with his dew claw dropped low and lengthened into a functioning thumb, and his toes elongated into fingers. He has retractable, solid black cat-like claws on every paw.
Ardyn has developed a glowing mast of intricate markings in fire and ice colors over his face, symmetrical over the last seasons of Year 17 (see profile for details). During hunts or raids/sieges, he will smudge them out with black soot to cover the glow, otherwise, they are bright enough to note at first direct glance at his face. Not all his artwork currently portrays the mask markings.
He is also often bedecked in beads, small bells, feathers in blues, ribbons and braids thanks to the Ooze Event of Halloween 2021, and the Coathanger item that he got. The accessories generally are seen most in his mane and tail hair. He removes the brighter items and bells for hunts or battle.

He’d been working through a funk, but he answered Justice’s call, though he was late to the gathering. He’d been on the opposite side of the moorland, working through his patrol. He trotted quickly, but he was definitely late. Not the best form for a Sentinel hopeful.
He nudged his sister’s shoulder affectionately before he glanced at the others, nodding to Aurielle and Red, letting his haunches lower as he noted Domari looking less than chipper. Nolan wasn’t there, and a brief frown flickered over his features. Nolan wasn’t one to miss these things.
He sat straighter, nodding to Justice in apology for his tardiness, ears curving toward her to see what she had in mind for today.
