He had never been here before. But the drive to find further seclusion caused him to find this place. His companions remained at the entrance, refusing to go into the depths of this underground Hell. But Ignis pressed forward, and the deeper he went, the hotter it got. He didn't stop though. Even as the underground grew hotter and even as he began to see molten fire coming through the cracks, he pressed on. The ground felt warm under his feet. To his right, a river of lava slowly streaming into the bowels of the earth and gurgling as it went. Crimson gaze remained focus on the path ahead, ears twitching as he listened for any potential signs of danger...but he was sure he was alone down here. Even his companions refused to come with him, but that was fine. He wanted to be alone. He needed time to think, but all he could think about was Corvus. Why couldn't he just forget about him? It would be a lot easier if he could just pretend like he never existed. But...no matter what he did or told himself, he couldn't let go of the thought of the man he loved. A low growl erupted from his throat the more he thought. His eyes narrowed as he felt his temper starting to rise. He knew he was changing. He felt it happening with each day that passed since he last saw Corvus. He was angry, confused, and hurt. He still tried to fight the demon he thought he had been able to ignore. Believing he wouldn't inherit what his father and his ancestors had. But he was wrong. The more he tried to fight it, the more miserable he felt. The frustration of it all bubbled up, and before he knew it, he took his frustration out on an old charred branch that stuck out of the wall. Teeth snapped angrily upon it, the charred remains shattering in his mouth and with it, a pocket of boiling hot steam rushed out at him. He flinched, turning his head away and shutting his eyes, though was unable to get out of the way in time and there was a sudden burning sensation on his left shoulder. He back peddled away from the steam as it burst, a loud cry of pain leaving him as he back away. The pain didn't subside, and when he was clear from the steam, he looked at his shoulder and noticed there was a sizable burn there. "Speech"

Yurei wandered out, just wishing to perhaps find herbs or whatever she could use in the art of healing. Now that her responsibilities grew , she felt she needed to push herself even more, to go beyond of what she was already capable of. Cassio needed her, Winter fell needed her and now more than ever she wanted to do her best.

As she went through a new location far north, a familiar scent reached her nostrils. But finding that particular scent our her made the white female feel uncertain. What was Ignis doing here? Ears pinned as she looked around following her nose until she found two wolverines on the entrance but then a cry escaped the den. Quickly she rushed forward to find Ignis. "Ignis...are you okay?..." Her tail tucked as she took a submissive posture.

He cursed under his breath as he limped back towards the entrance, though it was slow going compared to his journey into the cavern. But as he was nearing the entrance, he spotted a smaller figure heading towards him but it was neither of his companions. It was hard to tell who it was since the smell of his burned fur and skin and sulfur was all he could smell. Ignis...are you okay?..." He did recognize the voice, however. Yurei had found him, and he knew how flighty she tended to get when shown any amount of aggression or the like. He took a deep breath as he forced himself to feel calm, but it was hard when his shoulder hurt so much. "Not really...I hurt myself down here," He grit his teeth together as the pain started to worsen. "I...I need some help. But first, let's get outside." He limped past her until he was outside and breathing in the fresh air. He started getting a headache from the strong smell of sulfur in the enclosed space of the cavern, but he wouldn't complain right now. His two companions glanced at each other for a moment before going up to him. "What the hell did you do down there?" His wolverine asked, though Ignis couldn't answer fast enough before the black cockatoo cut in, "Oi! Ye smell like ye cooked yerself, mate!" Ignis briefly bared his teeth at them, but he settled down as quickly as he could before the shy healer got there. "Don't you guys worry about it, this is my problem to deal with. Just help Yurei with whatever she asks." "Speak"

Her heart pounded so hard that it made it look as if it was going to jump out of her chest, Ignis was her friend, someone important for her, and the idea of seeing him hurt made her stomach ache. And if she could help him she would, but in the other hand, she was scared. She apart from fearing about his well-being feared he didnt wants to see her now, that she interrupted him in a way. But who could blame her after hearing her friend in pain? Whatever he was doing she was scared in both sides of the spectrums and even though a side of her wanted to run, but she could not. She was a healer of Winterfell and Ignis was under her care. She couldn’t just ignore a packmate in pain when she held the responsibility of caring for everyone.

Her wild cat companion soon caught up with her. There is when she noticed the pair of wolverines. "Not really...I hurt myself down here," And like that her worst fear became live. He was hurt. He walked past her after he spoke about going out instead. And there is when she could see the burn on his shoulder. It seemed to be a burn from boiling water.

"Don't you guys worry about it, this is my problem to deal with. Just help Yurei with whatever she asks." There she began to formulate any possible course of action. She needed something to firstly decreasing the pain. “First...how much does it hurt? I think in this case we need Marigold. It is a herb which petals can be used to heal burns…” But there she remembered there wasnt in the north.

“Then we need cool water, to cool down the burn…” She looked at Ignis. “And then apply it to the burn and following to that cover it with a bandage…We first need to get water and the Marigold..”

He could see the usual fear in her body language. His ears flattened as he heavily sat down, looking away from her before she asked him how much it hurt. "It...kinda hurts alot...I got blasted by a pocket of steam in that cavern." He briefly glanced at her again when she explained what they needed. "Like I said, whatever you need, they'll get it." He motioned to his black cockatoo, "Go get the water and find some marigold. You have wings, you'll have an easier time getting it." His cockatoo sighed and made to protest before the wolverine nudged him with a paw. Shutting his beak, the cockatoo took off into the air to go do as he was told. "Anything you need me to get, Ignis?" The wolverine asked with some hesitation. He knew Ignis had been in a really bad place lately, and he didn't really want to leave him alone with Yurei. He was hesitant to leave the crimson wolf alone with her but...if he was asked to do something, he figured he'd have to do it whether he wanted to or not else Ignis turn on him like he did to Corvus. It wasn't long before the cockatoo returned with a big bundle of moss full of water and a handful of marigold. He landed near Yurei while carefully placing the moss and the marigold next to her. "Awright, 'ere is what ye asked for, anythin' else sheila?" The cockatoo asked Yurei while ignoring Ignis this time. "If I were you, I'd let the bloke sit there an' suffer for being such a prick lately!" He squawked before Ignis turned to snap at him, but the cockatoo jumped back just in time and flew up to a nearby branch with ruffled feathers. Ignis growled but promptly stopped before he ended up scaring Yurei too much. "Sorry. Ignore him." He muttered. "Do you mind pouring some of the water from the moss onto my burn please?" He asked as he winced. The pain was starting to get a little worse and he wanted to get it under control before it made him do something stupid. Word count: 1,513/1,500 "Speech"

She didn't want her friend to suffer if she could help it. She nodded upon his following words and saying nothing she observed as he gave his companions orders. Aki her own friend decided to go with the Wolverine. So she could help them search for the Marigold. After sometime Aki returned with Marigold aswell, and as the cockatoo landed the ingredients as well Yurei was ready to act. Even though she was afraid her packmate needed her and that alone helped her retrain the bravery enough. Takin the water-soaked moss she would begin by softly squishing it over the burn being as gentle as she could. "If it hurts let me know and ill stop..." Then with her eyes she looked for a stone with which she could smash the petals. Aki nodded and taking one she gave it to her and then she smashed a good portion to them. Once she had a paste she took some in her paw and started to apply it to the burn. "You will need to keep applying this every day...perhaps two times a day..." "Speak"
