Lan hadn't usually been a huge fan of the north. Cold weather still suited him with his thick set of fur. There wasn't everything to complain about though the fall weather may have been freezing the north more, but the chance to explore was something the wolf could not ignore. The striped male let his paws press into the frozen wash. The dried up riverbed was nothing but frozen cracked earth now. Lowering his head Lan took a good sniff of the river bed. There was the faint scent of other wolves here probably a nearby pack from what he could tell. A sudden pang of lonliness hit him, how long had he been alone now? He could hardly remember his family let alone his parents. He was three years old now and it felt as if his life had passed by in a flash.
The wolf sat down then, looking across the snow. Perhaps he should look for something to hunt even in this wash there must have been something hiding around. The wolf stood then again his tail raising high. He wanted to apply himself to something, he hadn't had a memory loss in a while which was a good sign. He didn't know when the next time he would lose time, but if anything Lan had learned to appreciate the time he had to himself when it was not interupted by a voice in his head. Lan smiled taking in a deep breath, things were at least going alright for him in the time being.
Lan has DID and can switch personalities without notice
