Magnus had become the pack's Reaper shortly before falling blind. It had made things a little awkward, but they had managed. The pack had had a quiet few months, and Sirius wanted to give the man time. To see if he sunk or swum with his new disability. He hadn’t seen the other wolf fighting since losing his sight, and soon the Warlord would have had to make a choice. Before it came to that, Magnus’s sight had miraculously returned to him. Just as Zee’s horns had grown back in. Perhaps the curses had only ever intended to be temporary.

Now, Magnus had his sight, and he was giving the pack a shake up. He wanted to assess where his wolves were in their training, and see where they needed to go from here. He needed to get Magnus serious about his position, and have the Reaper help him choose a path for the pack. It was winter, and with the expansion of packs around the Armada, prey had begun to grow scarce.

He fell into a light trot, making his way along the Armada borders, knowing Magnus’s patrol would lead him into the Warlords path.
