Dunkan had woken up early, well he did every day but today he was up even earlier. The skies were still dark, with stars still lingering into the black canvas. For some reason, Dunkan couldn't sleep more, and now he found himself standing there in his room. A sigh came out of his lips, feeling still tired but he knew himself pretty well, he knew he wouldn't be able to fall asleep again and thus he decided to start his day, to start by perhaps organize his room, which needed a good clean up. And maybe decoration, something like that. All he had was his armor, leftovers of bones from past meals, the place his falcon rested was also a bit messy and Urasa's bed needed to be changed, and his own as well. Luckily he had to just go find a good fur, and also take away any garbage from his room. And like that he was ready to start. |

Serenity spent almost all of her nights up on the walls of the castle. She had a special spot where her paws dangled over a crumbling edge and she looked out over the shimmering shores. She even spent nights up here, unless it was raining or cold. She had her own room by Ulric and his family, well her family too she guessed. But she didn't have any stuff, not belongings, no armor, no companions. So living up here on the wall felt nice. She felt free, secluded. Though she didn't feel locked down in The Hallows, she wasn't a prisoner. And she wanted to be more social with her pack mates and her family.
It was early when she traveled down from the wall when she heard rummaging while going through the stairwell. She peeked out of the stairs to notice Dunkan, who she had met not that long ago. She had considered maybe he didn't company, but she didn't think that for more than a second.
She walked into his doorway, nearly silent and then leaned up against the door frame while she glanced over his room, "Cleaning up?" She questioned quietly with a gentle grin on her face. She didn't mind helping him if he wanted, but she was fine leaning against the door or going away. Whatever he wanted. He had helped her the other day after all.

His blue eyes travelled through each thing he had to organize, it was alot but no one else would do it for him. By now, he had learned quite well one could only count with on self, wolves could betray or turn the backs on him. His own mother did, and he was well with fending for himself. He took a deep breath, closing his eyes for some instants in order to put his mind into function for the chores he was about to do. But before he had started, a familiar voice broke into his room's silence. Looking over his shoulder he saw Serenity. The female he helped with the cart some days ago. "Serenity," He tasted her name in his lips as he made a full turn to face her. He kind of felt quite stupid as she was now seeing the mess in his place. But as stoic as he could be, he kept his expression even, hiding any hints of his uneasiness. "I do. Sorry you had to see this." He admitted with a calm voice, again to mask his inner discomfort. |

She smiled warmly when he turned and greeted her, her own chin tucking in a tiny bow. She didn't stare around at his messy room though, if anything she was more kind than to embarrass him, so she wouldn't scold him for the mess.
"It's no big deal." She assured him, still with that smile. She carefully pushed herself off the door frame, to get ready and help him if he wanted with a step forward, "Did you want some help? You did help me after all." Her eyes quickly wandered around the room, but her gaze came back to him and stayed there. He was pretty stiff and well, emotionless. She was quite the opposite but she didn't mind. She had met many of his type before.
