The world was going to shit, and petty disagreements suddenly seemed a lot less important to the Warlord. The pirates partying in the land next door - daft, but inconsequential. Pyrs wolves dancing along his border - aggravating, but insignificant in the new grand scheme of things. With that in mind, Sirius had begun to build a plan. Based entirely around Azure’s suggestion of bringing the packs together. A meeting they would be calling soon.
The Warlord did not believe that Pyr was likely to attend it as things stood. Would Sparrow? He was just as uncertain about her, but sending Hanako that way seemed foolish at best. Baby steps, he would reach out a paw to Pryralis first, and see where that took him. Sitting by the firepit in the gloom of the day, the Warlord raised his head and called out to Hanako.

Hanako figured it was only a matter of time before Sirius put her back to work. The world was changing, alliances and interests shifting, meaning the Empire no longer felt as big and as daunting as it once had. She couldn't really tell it if was outwardly anyone's fault, whether Hattori and his regime had left a sour taste in peoples mouths or what. But either way times were changing and it was about time the Armada made a move to shift with it, so as not to be left behind.
Moving at a steady lope, Hanako was quick to heed the Warlords call. She arrived in no time at all and as per usual cut to the chase. If she had to work she wanted to get it over and done with, you know?
"What flames are we trying to put out now?" She asked with a curious tip of her head.

Siriuis gave her a crooked grin, and reached over to ruffle the fur between her ears. “Hey, trouble” he said in greeting as the young Koi appeared before him. “Flames? Why, when have you ever had to put out flames for the Armada…” he teased, before getting to the point.
“Tyrian, you know him, don’t you? Well, there's been some trouble between his pack and ours. His wolf snooping at our borders, and I interfering with force. But, I’m wishing to put that behind us in light of the things happening in the world. I think communication between packs will be important. With that in mind, I want you to go to Ty and ask him what it will take to put things right between our packs. I’m willing to offer resources, and manpower. I can spare Mortis” he laid it all out for her. He needed his diplomat, and it had been a while since he put her to work last.

Tyrian? Hanako nodded, she knew him well enough. She was well aware of the conflict between Fireside and the Armada and agreed that it was probably about time they put it to rest, nothing would be gained by squabbling at the end of the world. Even coming to a lukewarm impasse was better than being at each other's throats, it was good to see Sirius felt the same way.
"Right so...don't apologise but try and offer an olive branch to make amends?" Just for clarities sake, she needed to know what tools she had at her disposal and which to leave on the shelf.
It was a fine line to thread though, as the last thing they wanted was to make this into a show of weakness. Though knowing Tyrian she imagined he'd easily take this as a chance to get a dig or two in, to view it from a predatory perspective.
"And if he refuses?" There was a slim chance but she needed to know all the same.

“Right” The Warlord agreed, it was close enough to what he meant. He was in the right for intercepting a wolf on his border, but he should have shown more caution upon realising they were a pack wolf. At least, he regretted that the interaction might hinder communication between two decent sized packs in these uncertain times.
He sighed, and shook his head. He hated playing politics. “Just… do what you can. Perhaps he too will see the value of putting aside our differences in light of current events” he said, knowing Hanako would do her best.

Needless to say, Hanako would do her best but nothing was ever for certain. Just cause she and Tyrian got along well didn't mean he'd be interested in what she had to say, the Fireside had been slighted and she imagined it would take more than a stick and some leaves to make it all better. At the same time it did make the Armada better to have Sirius take the first step to smooth things over, it backed up what she'd said before. That despite all of his Warlord bluster he was a reasonable man at heart, she could work with this. It wasn't entirely a lost cause, she had a little bit of wiggle room.
"Got it. Anything else I need to go before I go?"
