Wayfarer's Band

Summary:

A band for the brave, adventurous, and free-spirited. The Wayfarer's Band is a neutral nomadic band leaning more on the good side of things than the bad. They embrace challenges and don't always take the easy path. The Wayfarers explore the world seeking to find a new appreciation for it as well as their own place in the grand scheme of life.


General Rules

• Respect your leader as well as your bandmates and the strangers you meet. The wolves of the Wayfarer's Band do not seek to start unnecessary conflict and those that purposely start trouble may be mauled and expelled from the band. That said, self-defense is encouraged, and some times threats must be dealt with harshly.

• Community is key. It's important for the band to work together and have good channels of communication. They may navigate through harsh terrain with limited resources so it's important to work together. Group activities, hunting, crafting, etc are encouraged. Story telling is a big part of Jynn's culture and she'd be interested in swapping stories as well as teaching what she knows on crafting items for travel.

• Limited resources and harsh travel also mean that pups should be carefully considered. Please consult with the leader before bearing pups. Marriage is allowed between consenting adults. Sleeping with underage wolves, family members, and non-consensually could garner the wrath of the spirits and will likely get your character tier 1 maimed and exiled to protect the integrity of the group. Outside wolves that assault a Wayfarer will be marked for vengeful action at the fangs of the group or leader.

• The nature of the band is a mix of nomadic cultures and each member is likely to bring their own cultural background into the band. As such tolerance is important, within reason, as is the sharing of cultural stories and celebrations. Jynn will have a few traditions she's like to share with the band and is open to learning of others that can be incorporated.
