She felt incredibly ill. Mushrooms had grown far bigger than she ever imagined mushrooms could grow, and they were all over her body. They lined her back as much as they could, and if anyone had known what a dinosaur looked like or even knew what one was, they'd compare her to some weird variation of a stegosaurus. Not only that, but they were growing from her ears and eyes, making it difficult to navigate the darkened world. Now though, she had found a dead deer carcass that had clearly started to decay well before she found it. Any other time, she would have been disgusted and wouldn't even have considered eating it, but for some reason, she felt compelled to consume it and feed the mushrooms growing on her. Without further thought, the woman sunk her teeth into the rotting flesh and began to tear away at it, the ooze in her maw mixing with the decay and giving the most terrible taste in her mouth, but she didn't care.

"Sakura Haruno"

Rasha was a ghost and she knew she was because she was so small and weightless. She couldn't be seen anymore most of the time and wandered freely around. She wasn't even dead but she was a spirit- no she was all the spirits. Like the firefly guy, Rasha was now one made of many. She wandered in the darkness and in the mists and they wandered through her likewise. She came upon another. It was still living although it fed on one that was no longer living, the both of them somehow now representing her.

She felt the deer and it's pain in his agony and it's last moments which had been long ago at this point. It watched from beside her then within her as the other wolf toward rotting flesh
"That used to be me," Rasha said, the deer speaking from within her.

She jumped when she heard a voice, though confused at the words. Head flung up, mushrooms swinging with the motion and wobbling when she stilled. Through narrowed, ooze streaming eyes she looked for the voice and found a small...wolf? She supposed the mist and the darkness were playing tricks on her...or maybe the rotten flesh she was eating had poisoned her mind. This purple creature was smaller than the last smallest girl she'd seen, and Sakura towered over it like a giant standing over an ant. "The flesh satisfies...I hunger for it..." She didn't mean to offend if that's what this...creature was offended by...but she had to satisfy the fungi that grew on her one way or another. Else, they'd sap her very soul and kill her much like this corpse...

"Sakura Haruno"

The wolf looked for her for a moment, her eyes sweeping. Rasha waited. The larger wolf eventually saw her. Rasha stood, oozing from her small frame. The other wolf said that the flesh satisfied, and motioned to her mushrooms. The deer nodded. Rasha nodded too. It made sense and did not offend, flesh was the host of life. "There is no offense, wolf," The deer spoke as Rasha, "for your flesh one day will satisfy as well. Perhaps even the very same mushrooms you currently host, but perhaps just their brethren." It was all very matter of fact. It was the circle of life. "What will you do when the flesh is gone?"

The little wolf creature said there was no offense. "for your flesh one day will satisfy as well. Perhaps even the very same ̸̾͌m̴͑̋û̸́s̵̀͒h̸̏̒r̶̍͒o̷̢͊o̷͊̀ṁ̴̃s you currently host, but perhaps just their brethren." Well, the little wolf wasn't wrong...though Sakura thought it was odd the way she spoke, she didn't question it. The koi girl coughed, spores floating from her mouth and into the air. Ooze dripped from the sores and other scrapes she had strewn across her body, nose filled with the stuff so she couldn't even smell the carrion she was eating. "what will you do when the flesh is gone?" The little beast questioned, and Sakura hadn't a clue. "I don't know...I suppose I'm destined to consume more...lest I be consumed myself by these..." She tiredly looked at the mushrooms riddling her back. She had no idea if she would heal from this, or if she was forever cursed to wander the earth in search of rotting flesh to keep them alive, so she could keep herself alive...

Rasha listened as the spotted wolf spoke. Her own ooze dribbled and the other ghosts in her head spoke and whispered at her their judgements and thoughts. She shook them away, sending a glowing spray of ooze in all directions. The other wolf said she was destined to consume more or the mushrooms would consume more. The deer ghost tilted it's head and Rasha did the same. "You must ear or be eaten?" She asked. Her eyes looked over the wolf and then the mushrooms she grew. "Or does your eating feed your mushrooms further, until they are strong enough to consume you too? Starve them off of you, leave them nothing to eat, and maybe they'll loosen their grip."

The deer bowed it's head deeply to Rasha before running upwards and off into the star streaked sky. Rasha, in turn, bowed to Sakura, "Think on his words," she said, though she never had explained that she believed she had been speaking for a ghost in the first place. Then she turned and disappeared into the mists, just like a ghost.
