Levi couldn't say he was thrilled to be partnered with the overly familiar Klein pup, but he supposed it was a nice change from fighting wolves that were always bigger than he was. Like it was some sort of competition or something, a memo he simply hadn't gotten. Either way, Levi had no interest in exchanging pleasantries and if anything he found his happy-go-lucky personality grating, like claws dragging against stone. Eager to push all of that baggage aside, Levi stepped forward into the makeshift ring amidst the blossom trees. He felt the prickle of lingering gazes, all no doubt watching and waiting to see who would emerge victorious, but thought nothing of it. He didn't care, never would.

Launching himself forward with snapping teeth, Levi aimed to make a chomp at the dark blue of Ichor's ears, all soft and fluttery like butterfly swings. All the better to tear into.

Ichor was unaware of the ire he seemed to have garnered from the other young man he was just happy to be here and happy to get to participate. He danced away from his opponent, sizing him up. Ichor was also used to mostly going toe to toe with his bigger siblings but this other pup while bigger than he was wasn't quite the massive difference in height the tiny boy was used to, still, he was excited bouncing on his toes and tongue lolling from his mouth. There wasn't that much space between them and the snap between his playful demeanor to the demon under his skin. Levi launched himself forward and teeth reached into his ears.

Ichor's lips curled back and serrated teeth dripped with saliva as he moved to get further in towards Levi teeth gnashing as he aimed to bite onto the other pup's right shoulder, not to hold him, no he was looking to grab hold and then pull, using the edge of his fangs to try and make the other pup bleed.

Levi's teeth grabbed a hold of Ichor's ear but he already felt his grip slipping as a blur of serrated teeth drew close to the line of his shoulder. He felt a nip tug at the pale of his skin, just a taste of what the Klein's teeth were capable of and instead of flinching away he tugged at his ear even harder. It would take more than a set of jagged teeth to put off the little Fatalis and even then, he wasn't convinced Ichor wouldn't flinch and cry like a baby. As if he wasn't also a little pup.

Hoping to get a better grip, Levi snapped his teeth in a short little lunge. Should he not completely drop the ball, his aim was to rip and twist in one fell swoop.

Blood pounded in Ichor's ears, a thrum of energy surging through his blood and though he was aware of Levi's fangs at his ear, pulling and twisting and tearing but the only thing he really noticed was the way his fangs just barely missed the other boy's shoulders. He was seeing red, feeling only the adrenaline as it pulsed through him, he felt no pain though no doubt he would lay sniffling in his mother's den as she tended gently to him when his ear was inevitably torn at this rate.

No all he could think was how to inflict the most pain, how to turn the situation to his advantage. He growled, ducking slightly, knees bending as he flung a forepaw upwards, wrist bending as he aimed to slam his wrist into Levi's throat, they were in so close and he longed to reach his fangs in and tear, to feel his fangs sink in but for now he wanted to be... Unexpected.
