Night had fallen, and this was Kestrels favorite time to be out. She wasn't too far from her den, but just far enough to where nobody could bother her. She stared out at the stars, seeming like they melted into the ocean. She was sitting on her favorite rock, the one near the end of the train of boulders that led out into the ocean. Nobody ever bothered her out here, so she never had anything to worry about. Such a beautiful night...the stars always look like they meld into the ocean here...and the moon...doesn't seem to be here tonight...how strange. Speech Thoughts You |

The little one was wrong about being alone that night, for ashen paws made them selves known on the soft sands of the cove. Her attention wasn't on the scenery however, the smell of another much less that of a rogue was what had caught her attention. An easy steal, an easy claim to take back home with her; now she just had to get them and take them home. The pup no doubt would fight her but she expected as much. Stopping just behind her that head titled as that frosted gaze traveled over her tiny form. "It's dangerous to be out here this late." The fea would speak lightly as she waited for the pups response.

Something would disturb her peaceful night. The water would crash lightly upon the rocks she sat on, gently coating her fur with a thin layer of sparkling mist. Each drop seemed to contain a reflected star. She would turn her head to look at the droplets upon her fur, and that's when she noticed the dark woman coming towards her. Kestrel looked up at her with guarded green eyes, rising stiffly to her feet as she took a step or two back from the woman. She knew this area very well, she traversed it nearly every night and in the early mornings. She knew the crevices and passages within these rocks and boulders, but with the tide as high as it was now, she couldn't slip into the crevices to hide or escape. She stared quietly at the woman, a questioning look in her eyes. She figured that it was possible for her to run by her, or even risk bounding down the boulders into the water and swim the short distance to shore. Instead, she would stand her ground...though kept light on her toes should the woman try to lunge at her. Mute Thoughts You |

Standing where she was a brow raised as she watched the pup simply waiting and watching wanting to hear a reply of some sort yet she proved to remain silent. That was never a good thing. "You don't speak a lot, do you? Pity." The women would say as she moved forward in order to get closer to the pup, once the distance was closed between them was when Morgana acted and in turn would lung forward for an attack aiming to grip the scruff and pull back; she would drag the pup back home if she had to. The pup was quite hers now belonging only to her and was unwittingly a part of Amenti as well.

Kestrel noticed the woman's approach at getting closer, though for some reason she felt paralyzed. Was it the fear of what might happen? The fear of never seeing her family again? There was an endless possibility. Eyes darted up as she saw the woman lunge for her, and instantly the little girl spun around to flee, but it was too late. A silent yelp escaped her as she felt teeth close roughly around the scruff of her neck, yanking her back and up. She struggled, her legs waving madly in the air as she tried to pull away but to no avail. Momma!! What the hell is she doing lemme go! Someone, help me! the screaming would continue in her head, but the cries would go unheard as the beast easily picked her up. Kestrel was small, and she always would be. And at just barely 5 months of age, she was fairly small. Her paws were several inches off the floor as her body swayed in the air. For the first time, true fright took hold of her body as her heart beat in rapid succession within her chest. What was going to happen to her? Why on earth had this happened all of a sudden? Her sage haven no longer felt safe...Kestrel would scar from this encounter. Of that she was sure... mute Thoughts You |

"There is no use struggling child; from here on your my slave." Growling lightly through the scruff in her maw Morgana would turn with the pup in tow and head back home. Flicking that tail as she did a smirk splaying across her maw, her first slave ever perhaps this would be a good deal interesting to say the least. But no one was to touch the little fur ball save for her self. If any did they would meet the women's wrath like no other. Those frosted eyes stared forth as Morgana began the trek back home with her new prize; this pup would never see her parents again and she would raise the child as her own. What could be better?
