Chimera hadn't even noticed Reila's more than thankful expressions, and she was okay with that. One less thing to embarrass her she guessed. She laid with her paws crossed on her fur until he prepared a part of dinner for her.

She rose and joined beside him to eat the meal he set out, much more tuned to her meals that she had been Fenmyre for this long. It didn't seem long ago she couldn't finish a meal this size.

When she was done eating, she put her stone plate aside before rising again to go back to the fur Chimera had bought her. Maybe a bit obsessive about using it, but she was doing it almost absentmindedly. She couldn't let the gift go to waste, even with just receiving it moments ago. It would fit better inside her bungalow where she would be sleeping every night. As they did, Reila stayed quiet as she got comfortable and Chimera finished his meal.

"Reila"

Reila came out of her hollow to eat with him, the pair staying silent all the while. Once she was done, she went back into the tree, Chimera assumed to sleep. Once he was finished, the man took the remnants of their meal a ways off and deposited it in some bushes.

Back at the camp, Chimera slid into his own makeshift den, sprawling out on his stomach on the skin. A yawn pulled from him, maw opening wide to flash his odd teeth before he licked his chops a few times and settled. His hip hurt a bit, but it wasn't a big deal. He'd live. The dual-toned brute wiggled on the fur a bit, obtaining optimum comfort. He then released a long exhale and his eyes closed to mere slits, watching the fire undulate and dance. He wouldn't sleep just yet, but he was getting there.

"Speech"

Reila watched out of the corner of her eye as Chimera left the fire for a moment and then moved to where his sleeping arrangements were. It wasn't long after that Reila, without urge, stood from her hollowed tree, put her new pelt over her shoulders, and moved over into the area he had laid out for himself.

She was maybe a little hesitant, but without even asking she gently placed a paw on his shoulder before attempting snuggle up beside him. Her intentions all along, or so long as they were out camping again. The weather wouldn't suggest that they needed to stay together for warmth, but here she was. Her emotions really raw as she found more of that craving to be up against him. It was no different than they had before, but for her it did feel like a different plane.

Chimera was bringing out something so new in her, all of her experience under the masters played a hard part in what she could do to him, for him, with him. But she could live her life beside him at her own free will. Not needing to fill his own desires or bid for to do so. She would never understand how much she was almost reliving her previous life for what she was almost burning to do for him, it just felt natural to her.

"Reila"

The warmth of the fire and the exhaustion of the day was quickly lulling Chimera to sleep. He curled on his side, three out of four paws almost touching the wall of the hollow. The last was stretched out under his cheek like a makeshift pillow. The brutes breathing was shallow and even as the beginnings of sleep began to claim him.

Suddenly, there was warmth against his back as well. The giant brute lifted his head, curling his neck a bit to see Reila laying behind him, clutching her new fur around her. With a soft huff of amusement, Chimera placed his head back down and was soon fast asleep.
