The talks with his father weren't going great. The old man seemed to have plans he wasn't willing to share with others and to be quite honest Tyrian didn't know what to do with that. For his peace of mind he needed answers. The problem he kept running into was that Valentine took every attempt to understand him as a smack at his age and its effect on his ability. It seemed that no matter how much Tyrian emphasized that his questions weren't coming from a lack of faith but from a desire for clarity his arguments fell on deaf ears. So for now he would continue visiting all the while feeling like a circling vulture. Tyrian leapt onto an outcropping and paused to look around. He wasn't looking for his father just yet. These little cousins deserved his attention too. They may not have lived in Fireside but he wanted to get to know them and make sure they were doing okay same as he would about any of his pack kids.
