Grimshaw was up and walking now, unsteadily which Malachai had been told was to be expected considering the beating his boyfriend's legs had taken, as well as the length of time he'd been out, something about muscular dys- Something. Malachai honestly did not have the willpower to bother trying to learn the long words healers used. Point was that Malachai was still very much occupied with taking care of Grimshaw, but he knew he needed to properly establish himself in Armada. Soon enough Grimshaw would be strong enough to move properly again and Malachai would have to work hard to get himself on equal footing with his boyfriend, but for now, he should probably at least make what he was actually good at clear to the warlord...

It had been shortly after he'd left Ashen and joined Armada in their move that Grimshaw had taken his fall after all which meant he'd not really been around as much as he probably should have, even if he'd made an effort to help whenever it didn't take him too far from the bar. Malachai was not exactly an ambitious wolf but he certainly wasn't going to let the warlord assume he was coasting by on good intentions only, at the very least he was motivated to remain where Grimshaw was and if that meant having to put in more work than he might have been used to? Well frankly it was a welcome change, Malachai was hardly the thinking, scheming type and with Ashen having settled properly before he had even been born there had been little for him to really do. The warlord, it seemed, ran a tighter ship at least.

The problem was that Malachai still wasn't keen to go too far from Grimshaw in case he needed him, the blue marked man had wandered down to the bar and peered out into the open space beyond the cavern's entrance. Malachai wasn't exactly big on decorum, too many rules to even begin trying to do anything, he was much more keen on the idea of do first ask permission later but he didn't want to make an even worse impression on Sirius than he probably already had... So would it be polite to call for the warlord? Malachai pondered this problem as he stood there watching the other wolves mill about.

The Warlord made his way through the market. He had a point to make his way through it at least once a day. To see what the wolves were crafting, and make himself available for any problems that might arise. This market still felt like a budding creation that needed a little more time to grow.

He was about to make his way past the bar when he saw Malachi idling in the doorway. The Warlord got the impression he was looking for someone. Concerned that Grim might be having some issues, the Warlord angled his path towards the duel-eyed wolf. “Good morning Malachai, everything alright?”
