After months of constant travels and exploration, she had decided to come to warmer regions, just to learn more about these lands. Alone as usual. But it didnt bother her, not anymore. She knew this would happened sooner or later. Spread the winds and leaving the warmth of home was what anyone could do. Even for social animals that lions used to be. But as she was closing up to adulthood, she was in search of her own things, places to call home, purpose even more. And she wondered if she could find a pride, but since she had come she havent found any other lions, nothing at all. She found herself in a place stained and smelling of blood, old and new alike. She wondered what could have happened here, to have such place. Quietly she explores, doing her best to memorize each corner, each rock of it. "-"

She recognized the roar of a lion.

Sayuri made her way to the Battlefield, eyes squinting and ears pinning back. Spotting the lioness, she approached boldly with Ai and Akira at her heels. The Shiba Inu was particularly excited about showing her stuff in a fight! Akira remained calm as usual, nervously wringing his paws despite this.

"We shall fight you, yes?" Sayuri begins, placing her defenses up. Lioness or not, the koi woman would not be so easily outdone! Akira climbed up his lady's back while Ai bounced on the spot, taking point to the side of Sayuri's left. Just a few steps in front.

They were ready to begin, but they let the lioness have the first attack.

Explored a new land 2/3 There the young lion made her way through the emptiness of the place, there really wasn't anything but dust and that smell of blood long ago spilled. The place sent the lioness some discomfort,wondering if this place had any use in particular. Was it dangerous to be here? Seeing all this blood and some bones, made her believe it could be if one wasn't careful enough. Maybe it was better to leave? But as she almost did, she heard steps approaching. And there they were, Three canines going her way. Eyes narrowed, wondering what they were planning to do with her. She didn't like fights and even less hurt others without reason. Of course she did when she had to hunt, but again it was just for food, not because she enjoyed it. “Why do you want to fight me?” What did she do? Again she was never looking for fights, only in self defense. But if it would be just a spar she would oblique. It was never a bad moment to practice and test where she stood in that area. “Fine, no serious harm right?” She wasn't going to use her claws, knowing they could cause severe damage if she wasn't careful. She then gained some distance away from the wolf, just to have a better position to attack. And like that she began her assault. She had to admit it, she wasn't an experienced fight, only the basics. So she didn't feel any fear of losing, knowing she wasn't meant to win every battle. She rushed forward, running head on towards the wolf, then she would do a sharp turn to the wolf’s left(her right) as she attempted to slam her shoulder hopefully against the canine’s left shoulder, aiming to know her. For simultaneously attempting to get a firm grip onto the wolf’s scruff. Aiming to be mindful with the force she applies. Trying not to damage the wolf too much, just seeking a solid hold. "Why?"

She could have balked at the ignorance. She stood dumbfounded, not understanding. Even a pup knew to stay away from such places if they did not want to fight! "My lady is confused" Akira swept up to explain from her back "why would you come to the Battlefield if you did not want to fight, and challenge someone via a roar?" But the raccoon dog's words seemed lost in the stupidity of the situation. The pale lion launched herself at Sayuri, who was further annoyed.

"Let's get her!" Ai-chan said from her spot, rushing the lion as it rushed them. Sayuri let the foe come. The lion latched onto her scruff but the koi woman wasn't going to be that easily taken. Her Shiba Inu companion nipped at the lion's ankles, while Akira jumped (or attempted to) onto the lion's back. Sayuri felt a hot breath on her neck. She had already gathered her sheathed blade, aiming an uppercut at the lion's throat. A sweeping motion to perhaps wind the predator and make her hold loosen.
