Makara was growing antsy. She hadn't left Armada territory recently and it was beginning to wear on her. Keeping busy on patrols was one thing, but it was sort of... mindless work. Trotting down the same path every other Armada wolf had gone down before. In fact, the "new" lands had begun to slowly lose their shine. Mak felt like she knew where most everything was, had sussed out all of the interesting bits and examined them enough until they lost their shine, and now everything simply had the lived-in aura of "home." There were, however, some very new things pitter pattering about - Sirius and Zee's latest litter. Mak couldn't quite think of them as aunts and uncles, little as they were, but perhaps she'd break up the monotony of her own day by extending an invitation to the puppies. She let out a cheery call to see if any of them might answer.

Andromeda lounges in a shadowy part of the col, not trying to hide but also not caring to be seen. It is nice, watching the other wolves go about their days, the routines they have for themselves and the familiar routes they run. The small pup watches it all from her unplanned hiding place, day after day, cataloging and learning in quiet contemplation.

A cheery call pulls the pup from her silent observations and she tilts her head in curiosity. After a moment’s thought, the girl swiftly stands, wishing to see who has issued the invitation. Purple form moves across the col, trotting happily to meet the caller. As Andromeda nears the pale wolf striped in red with weird things on her eyes and paws, she offers the pretty lady a smile.

Coming to a stop near her, neck craned back to look up at the tall wolf, the small pup says, “Hello! I’m Andromeda.” Tail wags slowly behind the pup as she waits to hear the other’s name.


"Andromeda Falatis"

One of them certainly did appear! Makara adjusted her goggles as Andromeda approached and slipped into an inviting play bow, her tail wagging high above her head. With children there were fewer expectations... less of a role to fill. Maybe they could just have fun! "Hello, Andromeda! I'm Makara!" Wait, what did you talk to children about? They were so small and unformed. Mak couldn't remember what she cared about when she was that little. She had been such a wreck, so allergic to everything that she had been almost completely confined to the den. "Do you... want to play?" she hazarded a guess, slapping her paws on the ground to invite the little girl into a play fight. She sneaked her nose forward to boop Andromeda in the chest and knock her lightly backward if the pup didn't move out of the way.

Andy trots up to the wolf that had let out the cheery call, her tail slowly wagging as she looks at the pale wolf. The stranger dips into a play bow and the purple pup’s tail wags faster, the pale girl giving her name and the small pup yips in excitement while she begins to bounces around. The excitement of the play bow is building up in her, the small pup is ready to play! So, when Makara invites her to do just that, Andromeda’s eyes widen with anticipation as she loudly chirps, “Yeah!”

Small body dips into a play bow, paws tapping the ground in excitement as she waits for the older wolf to start their spar. Pale nose streaks forward and Andy lets out a growl, shifting sideways so that the nose boops her shoulder instead of her chest. Short legs seek to try and wrap around Makara’s pale muzzle, small, sharp teeth aiming to try and nibble on the bridge of the pale wolf’s nose. Purple tail wags happily the whole time.
