Are you hungering for some more vikings? Do you like raids? How about sparkledogs? Boy oh boy have I got the adopt for you!   Deion has succeeded in furthering the Aeris lineage, thanks to a bottle of wine and a brewing storm trapping him in a romantic situation with Jack. Given that this is a BIG whoopsie litter, this won't be your typical parenting situation. No folks, you're looking at a rare example of shared custody between these two morons. Deion will do most of the parenting, per Jack's request, up in the north. However, for three weeks / one ooc month per season he will be hauling the rugrats to Pirate's Plunder to spend time with their mom and learn how to commit various different scam techniques and crimes. Having been sneak attacked with unexpected progeny, Deion will likely be a terrible parent for a while. However, given that he has a pretty strong attachment to his culture there will be a pretty solid set of beliefs guiding his hand at parenting. They will be learning to fight and raid and plunder, and at a certain age they'll mostly be left to roam as they please. This does mean that Deion will likely be holding them accountable for their own actions to a certain extent, and so if they get injured he will patch them up, but he will also be very bluntly informing them that there are consequences to every action, and sometimes it's maiming. Yeah, he's not exactly parenting material. He will love them all fiercely, and gladly lay someone out for messing with his kids, but he won't coddle the brats at all. Expect them to be fluent in Macedonian, Icelandic, and English. Those are the languages that he learned as a kid, and these little ones will be no different! There will also be a slight inclination towards his ancestral beliefs, which centre primarily around animism. The world contains a multitude of spirits, mostly tied to the land itself and its features. The Long Night was full of them, and he's recently come to terms with the fact that his parents might have been right about something. If one of these kids decides that fully committing to their beliefs is where its at, he won't dissuade them. His mom and uncle did originally come to Boreas to escape being ritually sacrificed, so it's a pretty gory culture. Strength and self sufficiency are paramount, though Deion wouldn't be one to hold back his love from a child that might not be either of those things. Basically, take what you want and sacrifice the occasional captive for a good harvest. In the case of visiting with Jack, there won't be much difference in terms of overarching themes. Lie, cheat, steal, do whatever you want to get what you want. They might learn seafaring from the Pirate's, that remains to be seen. If they want to join the pack once they're a year old, they're more than welcome. Deion will encourage them to remain wild cards until then, just to ensure they can see what the world has to offer while they're younger. Jack isn't super interested in being a loving mother, and will fill more of a vodka aunt role when it comes to raising them. (more to be added, Wicked's gonna be taking a look at this and editing it where she sees fit) ACTIVITY Wicked and I are both p lax about activity, we would like to see a post or two a month with these kiddos, and any mandatory threads we'd like to keep moving relatively quickly (subject to change as we're all super busy folks). We've both agreed that as long as someone keeps us in the loop about why they're slow on posting, or lets us know that they're going on absence, etc., we're fine to let you keep your pup! However, if you ghost site entirely you'll only have 3 months before we reclaim the pup and adopt it back out. Similarly, we would rather you didn't kill off your pup if you've lost muse for them. Personality: Inquisitive and bright, which can always be a recipe for disaster. This wolf likes to land herself into trouble, and isn't afraid of a scuffle to get herself out of it again. She's a fighter, and it shows. but she is also kind, and sweet, and loves to hear the stories of others. She wants to learn the history of Boreas and Auster, and of the Pirates pack. It will make her resourceful and interested no matter if she is with her dad or her mum. She will want to learn everything.

She wants to gather everything she can, and then create adventures and history of her own making. Perhaps some of it will be to capture and recreate stories she has heard, and others will be something brand new. Something she can feel proud of, and when she displays mementos on her horns, they will mean something.

Burninating the country side…

With a name meaning ‘new war’ and being raised by such irresponsible parents, what hope does the boy really have? He is reckless from a young age, brash and loud, with little regard for the rules or danger. He throws his weight around initially through sheer clumsiness, but as he grows he learns just how helpful being so big can be. Overall, he’s a good natured kid out for a laugh… it just so happens that fighting is what makes him happiest.

The boy is arrogant, and won’t expect to be given an easy ride. He runs his mouth and goes out of his way to try and antagonise others into fighting with him. Amongst his siblings, he will try to not take it so far, but that doesn’t mean that he won’t occasionally slip up and say something genuinely hurtful. He has his own faith and won’t be easily swayed from it, but is open to listening to and learning about other’s beliefs and traditions.

Cosmas must come from some far, far back genes that have been carried forward unknown by anyone in their family because they don't really scream Aeris but they are also clearly from some family with some color to them!

But before that they aren't clearly showing their parentage in their build either. Cosmas is slender, and slight and lithe rather than the impressive strength of either of their parents. They have a sort of androgyny to them, they are neither delicate and feminine, nor are they masculine and wiry. Somehow they simply... Are. Light on their paws and able to move with an easy grace, as they get older they will likely confuse more than a few wolves as their form gives nothing of their sex away but also oozes sexuality. They will only grow to be 36 inches tall, about the most obvious thing that will link them visually to their mother. Though as a child they will be almost comically round, it will take them longer than most to lose their baby chub, but when they get there... Well, they will be a sight to behold!

Their coat will be a sight all to itself. A soft peachy pink color will cover the majority of their body. A paler cream color covers their tail and swirls in a geometric shape along their rump, it colors their underbelly and marks their cheek fur. A darker pink marks their face, two blotches of this color runs from their brow bones down their muzzle and stops just a little before their nose, the color extending down to the bottom of their jaw. Then they are dappled with a mixture of darker shades of pink and oranges across their body. Under their eyes, along the back of their neck, spine, and rump, and dappling the end of their tail. Finally, a deeper purple color marks the tips of their ears, dots their brow bone, and runs in a delicate little blaze from the top of their nose up to the midpoint of their muzzle, with their base coat color dotting that blaze.

A pair of turquoise eyes stand out in that pale pink storm of color, alight with intelligence even as a child.


Personality: Cosmas is like most children, curious about the world. But they will quickly distinguish themselves from other children with the way they seem to grasp things quickly and understand social situations extremely easily. They will be a friendly child, a social butterfly, and yet shrewder than one might assume. They are able to see and understand consequences quicker than most children and they will quickly learn how to encourage and even goad on their siblings into chaos, but also know how to keep themselves out of it, play the perfect little angel who can do no wrong but encourages the mess all the same. As far as they are concerned it's even more fun to get to watch the chaos ensue when you don't have to take the fall.

As they get older Cosmas will be no less of a shoulder devil but they will start to also become a massive flirt. It's practically their primary form of interaction, at least outside of the family, and may have less to do with their actual interest in any given wolf and more to do with it simply being an easy role for them to fill. They will never stop being social, and will almost impulsively seek external validation.

But not for a lack of ego, no Cosmas is proud all the same, though they don't see the need to fight to prove as much. They will spend much time on maintaining their appearance instead, and chose to take any insults slung their way on their chin, lest they risk marring that pristine face of theirs. Besides why risk getting their own paws dirty when they can call on their much more intimidating family if someone's really itching for a fight.

Family will also be important to them, their siblings especially. While Cosmas would not in fact, do anything for them, there's still much more that they would. They will offer an understanding shoulder and as they get older most wolves would struggle to find a wingman quite so adept at hyping them up as Cosmas, something they will be all to happy to do for their siblings. They will be found to be a good wolf to turn to for advice and an even better drinking buddy!

Plans?: Flirt endlessly once they are old enough, confuse everyone with it. Enable the shit out of sibling shenanigans but not get their own paws dirty. Probably have some kids of their own, don't know if they'll be able to ever properly settle down. (Will also probably find a way to get them all the accessories on that reference at some point, maybe over time.)

Tiny, when compared to his family, although that means much less than what one would expect; even if he doesn’t stand to the full height of his family, there’s nothing about Lunaris that is outright small. He carries himself with a quiet pride, and his build alone is bulkier, even from a pup. As a child, he’ll have the hint of a mutation, in the forms of off-white, newly formed nubs between both ears. As he grows, they’ll grow as well, until reaching their full potential as he hits a year of age. His antlers will never be as impressive as a deer’s, and fighting with them would be near impossible, but he’ll take pride in them existing alone.

Fur-wise, he’s a cloud-covered night sky, the majority of his fur being a canvas of gray-browns. Patches of lapis and other cool-toned shades peek out from the almost-monochrome of his fur, like the sky peeking out from behind the clouds, blues so rich and dark that it appears like the night sky itself has graced him with colors of dusk. His eyes are heterochromatic, with one being the rich gold of molten metal and the other being almost opalescent in nature, shades of pale blues and pinks.

Personality: The calm before the storm, the sea itself; as a pup, Lunaris will have a sharp mind and the sort of insatiable curiosity that only comes with pups. She’s a schemer; not a fighter, and definitely not a lover. At first, they’ll be fairly harmless, the outlandish sort of plans that she’ll learn, sooner or later, would have never worked no matter how much she wants them to. That being said, she’ll be brutally honest— she wants the truth, when it comes to her questions, and in turn she’ll be unwilling to admit anything but the truth on her own. Which doesn’t mean she hates her siblings, or anything like that. The exact opposite, actually; they’re flesh and blood, and with the way a younger Lunaris sees it, every breath she takes will be to make sure her siblings are with her. If that means telling them they’re being idiots sometimes, then so be it. She’ll take one for the team.

She has the soul of a pirate, deep down, of a wanderer; it won’t show at first, not when she’s too young to go far. But once they travel, should she come up with a way to make her escape, it’ll awaken something in her that will threaten to swallow her whole. Lunaris, as she grows older, will believe she was one carved from the sea itself; she’ll always be drawn to it, no matter how far away she is, and eventually she’ll know the path to it by heart. She craves the freedom of it, the untamed calm, and the restlessness in her own heart won’t be stilled until she’s by the sea. Settling down, even as she grows older, will seem almost impossible; her heart belongs to her family, and her very soul itself belongs to the ocean.

Their ego, itself, is twice as large as they are, although they’re not as bold and proud about it as they would like to be. Most of what they do, to some extent, is quieter and not as in-your-face as someone would expect from them. To those used to them, though, Lunaris wears their heart on their sleeve, and they make no attempt to hide their dislike or disdain before they even speak. They are, because of that, not as good for comfort as they are solutions; when they try, anything that could even have seemed close to comfort escapes them and they’re left scrambling and left with some half-hearted response. They’re not charming, or silver tongued, and they never will be; they’ve learned to accept that.

Despite the fact that they’re not a fighter, Lunaris, should he or his family be in danger, would not be the type to turn tail and run. His family has taught him that he shouldn’t, that he needs to have some sense of pride in his skill, and he will. He may not be as much of a true wild-card as one was expecting, with a mostly-logical mindset, but his loyalty to those he truly cares for runs deep and as immovable as the earth itself.

Plans?: Open to using twins if anyone should wish! If so, I could see Lunaris sort of sticking around said twin much more, even with below plot ideas!

Unsure of if Lunaris will join the pirates as she hits one year of age, but regardless I don’t see her being the type to stay there without any traveling at all. Should the pirates need her, or if they need to prove their loyalty to the pack, they’ll be there to do it. Otherwise, I can see them as a sort of traveling type, trying to look for treasure themself.

Potentially a bit of a merchant type, should they find anything? They’d be a bit shady when it came down to it, and, should the pirates have more of an influence on them, Lunaris could potentially be just as likely to try to cheat others out of any potential trades than be righteous with them. Would bring the more interesting things back to the Pirates or keep them for themself. Maybe have a little horde / hidden den of stuff, just because I also like the idea of gift giving like that for any potential romances.

Open to pretty much anything, and nothing here is set in stone, but I think the Discord invite has expired / changed? I tried to join, but I don’t think it was the same server, so I’d prefer to be contacted through DM or a new invite if at all possible!

Blanketed in the deepest of ebonies, Hestia's appearance flickers that of a dancing flame in the moonlight. Shades of ash accent her lithe muscle tone as she moves with purpose. Bold eyes of orange-red stare at her as her coal-black nose twitches around a muzzle covered in reds and orange. Tall, slender, and feminine, she keeps a slim figure so that she may slip in and out of small places when need be. The fire within her reaches her outer appearance as it wraps around her rear legs with slices of maroon on her tail, thighs, and main body. Bright orange lays over her back and across her chest as it does under her eyes and over the tips of her ears. Splattered the ashen remains of her body are speckles of tan as if she really were a fire in the night leading up to the starry sky. Unlike the many that lead their lives with strange oddities, Hestia is plain compared to them. She has no need for extras as everything she is is pure and godly.
Personality: One with the earth, Hestia lives by the circle of life. Dedicated to the gods that her ancestors pray to, she lives by their rules and their rules only. Destined from a young age to roam the lands searching for the right one to help her further the family line, the femme takes life rather seriously. No life is to be taken without reason and every bit would need to be repurposed. No bone, hide, or tooth is left behind. If someone is in need of help, she is there to assist. Taking up the arts of hunting and healing, Hestia is an expert at stealth and care. Tender, ethereal, and stoic, she is one with the shadows and the light. Looking upon her gaze could cause anyone to lose their train of thought. Serious, studious, and intelligent, she wastes no breath on imbeciles and the ignorant. To keep one's head high is to take the higher road. Mercy is her middle name and so is ruthlessness. Do not cross the goddess Hestia or you will be sorry.

Wicked and I have made our decision, though not easily by any means!!

The players for our two pups are Lolaf with Cosmas and Sea with Karaka! You're both getting the free pups for the litter to make life easier for everyone, so don't worry about pup passes. If you need help with any purchases please reach out, we'll see what we can do to help. The kiddos are playable February 15th, so please have them up in acceptance by then!
