Visiting for the festivities

Kotori had learned of the hallows festival and decided to be there for its start.  It seemed a fun idea but of more importance it was a chance to know his brother-in-law and his pack better.  It would be a chance to see Briar again and, Kotori had decided to make it a chance to spend some time with his little niece.  She was growing up, at least age-wise though there was only so much to say for actual size!

It would be a pleasant trip, especially with how the winter weather of bores would start to fade as they got further south into a mild summer.  Kotori still wasn’t one to strike up conversations but he’d be happy to answer any questions his niece would have had on the trip down.  They’d follow the rio grand until the swamplands that they’d loop around before continuing south.  Kotori would also make mention of key landmarks along the way.  

Once they made it to hallows territory he called out to Briar or Art, letting them know of their arrival.   Glancing to Aia, imagining how he’d generally remind someone young to be on good behavior when being permitted into their pack land but, she was always on good behavior from what he had seen.  “Have fun while you’re here, explore and make new friends.  I've yet to meet anyone unfriendly in the hallows."
