Morning Routines
Kara
When she stuck her head through the door, and saw the sprawling, plant-filled space inside she glanced about in curiosity. Finding not the little healer she had heard about - but there was Uncle Incubus. “Good Morning, Uncle Incubus. Is your healer in?” She asked, curiosity in her courtly tones.
Incubus had finished a good morning long patrol as well as some other various duties and decided to take a small break at home. Honestly, a nap with Riva was calling his name but when he arrived at the Apothecary she was gone. A flower rested in the center of one of the tables which indicated she was off doing something healing related. Their peculiar but much needed way of communication gave the protective brute peace of mind. Thus, he found himself curling up in their layers of furs and closing his eyes for a bit of relaxation. He hadn't fallen fully asleep when the sound of pad falls filled his ears. Pink and blue eyes blinked open as the sound grew closer. They were a smidge too heavy to be Riva's so curiosity swam it's way through him. Slowly the male got up and moved into the main room of the den, watching as a familiar face poked their head in the threshold. A smile flicked across his relaxed features, "Hello there Kit, come in." Any ink tail swished with joy as he shook his head, "I'm afraid Riva is out at the moment, but I can call her if you would like." By her indication the healer wasn't doing anything urgent and would likely welcome the chance to formally meet Kitsune, if the Daiymo so pleased. Incubus tilted his head as he studied the horned fae, "Are you well?" Concern was evident in his tone, had she come to see Riva for a health related issue?

“No, no need to disturb her. I was just curious, since she matters to you.” Kitsune explained as she reached Incubus and pressed her nuzzle to his elevated shoulder in a small greeting, before leaning back again. “I’m well, Uncle” She promised him. She doubted Riva could cure her of the broken heart Iho’s extended absence was leaving her with.
Inccy's lips spread into a warm smile as he heard the nickname. The most anyone ever called him in short was Inc, so the creativity filled him with simple joy. He was pleased she felt comfortable enough to do so as well, there was no need for formalities as they were family. The bond of blood went beyond the pack in his opinion. Even if Ashen fell they would all still Kleins and their bond would remain. Kitsune grew closer and offered a nuzzle. Incubus leaned in to return to gesture while mulling over her words. Had she merely come to meet the woman who recently captured his heart? Pale eyes seemed to settle on her own as he spoke, "Yes, she means quite a lot to me." He and Riva shared a deep bond, one of which that transcended that of a simple romance. "You would like her." Incubus was proud of his partner and knew any of the Ashen Wolves would enjoy her company. Incubus settled down to his haunches, "Good, you had me worried for a moment." A pause. "Most visitors have ailments to be resolved." Inc raised a brow, "Was there a reason you stopped in?" Of course he was pleased his niece made an appearance but he wondered if she had a reason to seek their apothecary out.
