Sedna felt odd wandering around the market alone. She had left Fuji with Halo to gush over her garden, and what had started as a niggle turned into an almost real plan. Not that she was just going to abandon her daughter and expect the Armada to put her up, no, she had come this far to check up on Sirius anyway, the worst he could do was say no.

A familiar voice pulled at the corner of her hearing and the scent of one of her wayward children wafted on the breeze. She whipped her head to try and catch sight of Beru, because wherever the boy was, Wari wouldn't be far, but she was unable to spot him amongst the crowds that moved about the market. She could ask Chips to find him and peck his ear for her, but she decided against it. She could track the two down later, or leave it up to Fuji to find them if all went to plan.

Tall as she was now, the Armada had always been a place of giant wolves, and she wondered if Seer would even come down to the markets? He was probably busy patrolling some border somewhere. She huffed and turned around, almost colliding with a large dark shoulder.

Bast told him of their visitor in the market. Intrigued, and more than happy to greet an old friend, the Warlord made his way down from First Light Point. When he entered the Market, he found his towering grandson on guard. A giant even to giants, he leaned towards the youth and murmured softly in his blue tipped air. After a moment, Basilisk nodded his towards the crowd, spotting the wolf Seer had described from his heightened vantage point.


The Warlord slipped into the crowd, and made his way towards the nebula-toned wolf who was well marked by The Long Night, and he found her easily. He opened his maw to draw her attention when she turned suddenly. A pointy shoulder colliding with his own. He let out a breath, a little more exaggerated then it needed to be. "Ooof. Hello to you, too." He said, before a smile tipped his lips. "You weren't going to leave without saying hello, were you?"

The familiar voice had Sedna smiling before she found his face, "There yer are!" She shoved him again for good measure. "Surely yer haven't got that soft since I last saw yer?" But he certainly looked... more tired? Older? She supposed kids would do that to the best of them, but there seemed to be more to it than that. She wouldn't pry, it would come out or it wouldn't. It wasn't her place.

"Fuji wanted ter learn about plants from someone other'n me, an' I figured Halo would be good fer her if she was still here, they're off checkin' out her garden as we speak..." She explained her presence in the market, even in her current condition. "But how have yer been Seer? This place 's a long way from th' plains an' Ashen..." Clearly, she had missed a lot hiding away in her maze down south.

He laughed good naturedly as Sedna gave him another shove. He still remembered when her height would have made that more difficult. But she seemed to have grown fully comfortable with the changes that had taken over her body.

“Come on, let's head into the Col and I’ll catch you up” He suggested. That way they wouldn't be competing with the conversations around them as they spoke. He led her past the security guards and into the heart of the territory. “If Fuji wants to stay for a little bit and learn from Halo, she’s more than welcome to” He suggested. “I know it’s a big change, but the pack was getting crowded on all sides in the South. Here we’ve had room to grow” he explained.
