She was paired up with a mentor, and she was eager to get things started! It was maybe a few days since the meeting, and after she felt like she was ready, she decided to seek him out. She was itching to learn, especially after feeling like she was falling behind because of her need to explore that she hadn't been able to ignore. She knew that if she wanted to catch up and pull ahead, she needed to get serious. After all, she was coming up on a year now and she needed to start doing well so that she could protect her family! Especially after what mom had mentioned about that one pack that took some wolves? She hadn't been paying a whole lot of attention to that particular detail, but now that she knew there were bad wolves out there, she absolutely needed to get into gear! So with that, she trotted around the falls looking for her new mentor!

Dagrún jogged around the pool at the base of the waterfall, a rabbit caught in her jaws. She was planning to eat it after her work out and with a flick of her head tossed it to Gunnar. The mountain lion snagged it out of the air and carried it off to their den while Dag scoped out a place to practice. As she trotted along she spied Lyonesse. Excellent! Maybe the pup would be up for a training session now. Dag licked the blood off her fangs and muzzle before heading toward the girl. "Lyonesse! How are you today? Would you be interested in doing some training? I could run through some defenses or attack patterns if you like. We could finish out the lesson with a spar. What do you think?"
