Bear play

Ochi had agreed to join Valta and the pair made their way across the top of the rocky landscape.  Kotori seemed more relaxed as they made their way back towards his home.  Kotori wasn’t one for long-winded casual conversations but he wasn’t totally silent.  He told her a bit of the pack, such as the rules and his belief in one's family heritage, the bloodline, having a role in the quality of a wolf.  However, the talking was ended when a grizzly bear in their path.

Kotori already enjoyed fighting bears so it was unlikely he would have avoided it anyway.  With Ochi with him, it was that much more set in stone.  Kotori Fatalis would never show himself to run from anything.  The bear roared and Kotori snarled.  “Well, Ochi? Do you enjoy a good fight?”

Kotori gave her a brief second to answer or even just acknowledge what he planned before rushing toward the bear.  Snarls and grows mingling before the two clashed.  The bear lunged forward, and Kotori spun tightly around to the bears right, lowering his head to slash at a beefy shoulder.  Kotori had thought to spin about and bite the scratches but the bear was also turning to meet him.  Huffing Kotori and the bear circling each other.  More as a fun way to piss off the bear Kotori got a snap of its tail biting it and hearing the angry roar.  Petty.  Satisfying.
