The tiny girl hadn't been back for long. She had returned to Boreas a mere few weeks ago, and since her absence, things looked different. Not this place, apparently. It looked the same, but then again she hadn't really been here before so maybe it had changed. She sauntered through the war-torn field on her quest to find her brother, Ravage. Was he still around these parts? What about her mother? Maybe she'd find something sooner or later. She'd have to ask around, or somehow chance on one of their scents. In the meantime, she had an itch she wanted to scratch, and one that could only be scratched with a good ole scrap. If she was going to find that anywhere, it'd be here, right?

She kept up her pace, throwing her head back in a howl to let her intentions be known that she was looking for a fight.

Lefty heard the call on the battlefield and their head raised. They moved quickly, whistling low in their throat to summon March and Storm-Eye to their side; they loped forward with long, even strides, the heavy-built wolf keeping their eyes peeled for their opponent. When they spotted her, Lefty approached with an even-tempered stride.

No reason to become uncouth, here and now. A fight was a fight, yes, but they could behave themselves.

"First move is yours," Lefty said once they had closed the distance well enough. This would do nicely. Their opponent was small, but Lefty didn't count them out at all because of their size. It was often the small ones that knew how to fight with a wildness that Lefty rarely saw elsewhere.

March snorted. The wolverine was eager to fight; Storm-Eye flittered back and forth, his beak clicking in an equally eager fashion. Both creatures seemed just as prepared as Lefty was, and they rolled their shoulders, waiting for the girl to make the first move.

She almost didn't see the approach of the other until she heard their voice. Raze stopped where she was, head tilting as she eyed the larger stranger up and down. Ooh, her first fight since being back!? She grinned a mischievous grin as she turned toward her would-be opponent. Or rather, opponents. Raze didn't have companions of her own. It was just her. Had been for most of her short life. She flexed her claws in the ground as she flashed a grin, lowering herself just a tad as she squared up. "Three against one, eh? This should be interesting." She rolled her shoulders, and then she was off.

While she was tiny, the young woman was fierce. She raced in toward her opponent, tiny paws eating the ground beneath her as she charged head-on at Lefty. As she got closer, she sought to feign to her left, then her right in an effort to throw off her opponent, and then Raze would seek to dive in between Lefty's forelegs, head twisting toward Lefty's left foreleg in an attempt to catch it with her teeth should she make it through.

Lefty cracks a smile; their demeanor is at least relaxed, and they scuff the ground with a paw. "They need practice." They suppose that if their opponent had an actual problem with it, the small woman could leave.

But she didn't.

Lefty whistled as Raze charged at her; March swept towards Raze from the left and Lefty lunged forward to meet the woman's charge. The attempt to get beneath her was met instead with Lefty twisting her head to swing down on Raze from above while March lunged for Raze's paws-- the goal was to either knock her off her feet entirely or gain a grip on the back of her neck. Lefty denied Raze's attempt to get beneath her, which was, perhaps, a bit more important.

Lefty wasn't picky, and March was ready for a fight.
