Taking a deep swig of the drink had her coughing for an entirely different reason. Her eyes watered and the warmth of it got into her belly. Her tongue lolled in disgust, it really was awful stuff, but much to her surprise, it did seem to burn away the persistent itch as well. Perhaps Sakana had been sitting on the magical cure all along and it just hadn't clicked?
