Alaric had stayed in the lands of Auster for a few weeks already. He thought back to the woman he met while intoxicated in a vineyard. Melisande was her name, with her rosy vocals and pools of red eyes. She had seen him at his most vulnerable to date and did not harm him. It was such a an odd feeling to not be greeted with violence. Alas, Alaric shook her from his head. He would see her again perhaps. He was much for focused now and was itching for a spar. He lifted his head and let out a howl, calling for a invitation for a spar. Not a harsh one, just one for practice for good times sake. Once the call was completed he waited to see who is opponent would be.

Bellatrix Ravenwood

She heard the call and moved quickly, excitement in her step. Her vest donned and her dagger sheathed, she padded forth. The white male she found there she had seen before and she offered him a smile and a greeting. "Nice seeing you again. You go first this time?" She didn't care that she had lost to him last time. It was a good idea to fight against anyone and everyone for keeping her skills sharp.

She moved to stand in front of him a small distance while also pulling forth her defenses. Hackles, ears, eyes and all the good stuff falling in place with the practiced patience she had bestowed upon herself. Her tail was out but giving a gentle wag. A nod was given to him to begin when he was ready. Perhaps they could talk after since they seemed to both live in Auster it seemed like. Frank stood near her flank, seemingly interested in what the man would do.

Much to Alaric's surprised, the woman he had sparred before entered into view with her reindeer companion. He gave a nod, welcoming her in. "Welcome back. Sure, I'll go first this time." He answered her, taking a moment to check his defenses. His tail aligned with his spine for balance, his hackles raised along his spine. He widened his stance for better balance and tucked his chin to protect his jugular. He counted to three in his head mentally before darting forwards for his attack.

Alaric ran forwards as if he was charging directly at the smaller female. Then, at the last minute, he would swerve and in the process kick up grass from the foliage underneath him. He hoped some of the foliage would get into her eyes and distract her while he went in for his attack. His maws splayed open and sought the side of her neck in attempt to grasp it as his body twisted so that he was perpendicular to her.
