she emerges like a vampire in dusk, just past twilight. the air had a nice feel to it, blowing her rosy scent into the space around her, drawing it along the breezes. it was still & quiet here, the perfect welcome for any foreigner. she found herself in the parts of auster, slowly exploring her way further inside the land. she was seemingly without exhaust; healthy & clean despite her vast journey.
the woman is seen under the silhouette of trees, basking in the last drips of warmth from the setting sun that casted a pinkish hue over her sprawled body. her slender figure lounging upon the softer grass as she rolled before sitting atop her pale belly with a relaxed fold of her limbs, eyes towards the arching vines above.
she is a petite creature, dressed in a creamy pelt with inky accents that crept over her paws & beautiful face. she was adorned with the eyes of a goddess-, a pale but vibrant fuchsia, glinting with a sensual light that brewed deeply within her pupils. an there was.. something else. something primal sleeping in the glassy blackness. soleste sombre was a woman of sultry, her aura a hypnotizing one.

The Auster summers felt heavy in the male's chocolate coat. The nights barely offered any reprieve from the sweltering muggy heat. Eltrys sought refuge in one of his favorite places. The grapevine cathedral arched above him as he entered the cool shaded grasses beneath the canopy of branches and vines. Twilight had descended quickly upon Auster like a lover's kiss on the horizon by the time he found the center of the cathedral occupied by a sprawling femme.

Was she denning here? This wasn't Polaris land so he couldn't complain but it was close to the borders and he tended to inquire upon the new people when they were this close.

"Enjoying the night?" He quested, as he strolled by her. Something was not sitting right with him about her already.

"Speech!"

soon, it was night. a beautiful indigo sky with the soft casting of moonlit perfection setting on her face. she took advantage of the leisure time. but.. what was that? her senses instantly honed on the distinct scent; a rugged aroma of a male, heavy with the stench of a pack. my,.. these men were in huddles. where were the freedom-loving loners?
although fully alert of him, she did not move form her relaxed perch of folded arms. her tail retrieves though, coming to lay at her breast while she catches him in sight. a rather plain male, as she was in color. but striking eyes with unmistakable intimidation- a natural contrast to his face. a pleasant one on some occasions. "mmh.. yes. she chirped back, a smile creasing at her lips in a natural way. she was effortless in her charisma- radiating superficial friendliness.
she turns to her folded wrists, closing her eyes for a moment as she licks her fur. a grooming was needed to keep her pelt as plush as it was. rich in her perfume of intangible rose. subtle notes to a nose that was well-trained. it was her favorite flower after all. "What brings you to join me?" she said aloud with a pleasing voice to hear- feminine and alluring all the same. her eyes then casually looked at him as he strode near her. she was seemingly unbothered.

Something was amiss but he couldn't put his paw on it. She had done nothing so far to warrant his wariness, but perhaps he sensed the challenge within himself.

"Only curiosity." He replied simply, narrowing his eyes at her trying to see what was putting him off. He glanced beyond her, toward the shadows behind the trees, was she some kind of lure for a trap? Slavers? She seemed too relaxed around him, a male, and a stranger. What was she doing this close to Polaris? Was she a spy? She didn't smell of any pack.

He sits in the open, within conversation distance but distant.
"Not from around here? I'm Eltrys. What brings you to Auster?" He asked as if he was some kind of gatekeeper for the land.

"Speech!"

he was a vague creature and it enticed her. she was a vague creature too.. "oh good. curiosity is such a fun thing," she crooned, extending her neck as she sniffed the air, drinking his scent furthermore, imprinting on it for next time. my.. he had a lot of questions for her. and she had a lot of preening to do, so she got back to it.
but she suddenly stopped her grooming after he finished speaking, coming to look at the male with a directive, confrontation glare. something not nice about it despite the salacious smile plastered on her. "i'm soleste, eltrys. glad to meet your acquaintance." purposefully, she ignored his first question. "Curiosity." she spoke-, cavernous teeth clicking as she closed her lips.

Intriguing. She was closed off, vague, they seemed to be put off by each other strangely. Why? She preened, and he stood, his glacial eyes still wandering from her form to the shadows in the wood.

At his question, she too seemed to become agitated. Her glare pierced right through him. Despite her words of gladness, he felt like they dripped with venom somehow. Ah... That was why she was no afraid, she was not some innocent unprotected woman, she was a force to be reckoned with. He got the distinct feeling that her confrontational gaze meant far more than her words.

He got the message loud and clear at the click of her teeth. She was no lure, no object, she felt her space and claimed it.

"Fair enough, Soleste." He rumbled simply, narrowing his eyes, walking once around her, then northwards. He got the measure of her. This was not his territory, but it was close. He didn't like how close she was to his pack.

their subtle bodies communicated all the while; each wolf discerning and understanding what the other intended. the hyper-vigilance from the male: as if he felt intimidated by her every move, made her giggle. "my, my.. eltrys. you boost my ego." she licked her maw after, as if wanting to eat him. as he circled her, she stood, recognizing that he was sizing her up. what on earth did she do to deserve such a good time? she began to emit a primal purr; a warning & invitation all the same.
fair enough." "fair enough?" she replied sharply with a hint of annoyance in her words. her ears splayed to the side as her hackles raised. she took a step forward, a strong march. "eltrys.. i get the feeling you don't like me here." her speech was laced in a poison- her words a slow and manipulative play. smooth with audacity and upfront. someone came to fuck with her, and worse, it was a tight ass guard.
she had enough.

like a powerful, unperdictable offset, she leaped towards the male as her mask slid over. her weaponry claws coming to lace over her own talons as she bolted with an opened mouth, teeth ready to latch onto the male in her attempt to clash into him & bite wherever she could. she swung her arms open, aiming to catch him in an embrace and tear into his skin.

He did not expect her to stand up, he was about to leave her in peace. He braced himself, he was about to lose this game of strategy he felt it in his bones. She echoed him and he could nearly see the rising temperature between them.

He paused his retreat, now thinking returning directly to his pack was a poor move, he would have to -

She leaped. He moved. He ducked aside. He pushed back from the distance but she grazed his hind leg. He spun, a snarl of surprise on his lips as he turned on her. He launched forward to ram the antlers on his helm toward her shoulder and side.

her claws gazed his hind legs just as he moved and turned around. she's frustrated with his agility, snarling at the best of him while she redirects her mouth to her left side in attempt to latch onto his expose neck area just behind his head helmet. all the same, she felt the few punctures of his horns jab near her left shoulder. she yelps once, following a angered snarl once more. despite it, she twists her body to meet him better. she then attempts to claw at his face, just beneath the eyes. swinging with full force, hungry for his blood.

He lands his antlers on her shoulder\ but she comes in to grab his neck! He swings his helmed head around, using the antlers to sway her attempt at his neck. He backs up. She's after him and he uses his horns again side to side brandishing them against her onslaught. He hoped to knock her paws away from him and rear up to snarl at her face, raking his canine claws over her face to push her back.
His tail was up and his back fur pressed the inside of his bone spurred vast. He tried to knock her over with sheer strength.
