Her golden piercing suspicious gaze studied his every breath. Was he here to steal a child from her, take it back to the oasis queen of the desert dunes as she had been? Pluto... Scrublands... Something in her teeth made her run her tongue over them. Nothing was sparking a specific memory. If she asked outright he'd deny it like a spy would. None of the old court would think she was smart enough to see through their lies... Maybe they sent this rogue to... She was being paranoid.

Her face flat as she glanced at Bas while he told the new songbird was responsible for Ignita and their young. She wouldn't let this Pluto stranger anywhere near the babies but maybe he could help with a few things. She might even trust Yara more at this point to be around the babies. Ignita was silent. She wanted to interrogate him more but she was on edge and the weight on her belly was uncomfortable unless she was lying down. She flinched as a babe decided to use her gallbladder as batting practice.

With a grunt she nodded, forgetting any niceties of farewells or suspicious monikers in her discomfort. They were all tired and the evening was already at a close. She'll ask more of him later for certain.
