Long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs

Atreyu made her way back to Auster, still searching for any sign that her siblings or pack mates had survived. Already finding two of them and hearing of one friend alive, she had great hopes that they were also searching for her. They just might be as lost as she was in this new world. Atreyu was learning her way around, and soon enough she found the runestones once again. Her spotted tail waved as she moved her pink body forward, toward the center of the stones.

Bigs sat down beside his companion, making sure to watch her back in case anything tried to get sneaky with them. He was far more mistrustful of the world than Atreyu, mostly because he was a six-inch tall chihuahua mix with no fur except a mohawk down his spine. He may be a dog, but he is prey to so many creatures as well. Atreyu smiled at the little canine, reassuring him that all would be well before she threw back her head and called for a playful spar. She had much to celebrate, and she wanted to be in a spot where she felt most connected to the spirits and ancestors. Her family would be together soon, she would make sure of it.
