The young woman was stretched out relaxing in the early morning lights. Ears twist upon her cranium as a sense or worry washed over her, a red glow was cast all over the land. She didn't know how far it reached but it was dulled red hues. She rose up giving Oath a soft nuzzle upon his cheek. And looked around for Alaric, patrolling her way towards him, nudging him hard. "I'll be back, let Oath know also friend?" She stated before the albino woman ran towards the source. Everything was clear as could be with her vision thankfully. The light began to grow the closer she got.
A light growl emited, eyes turning to see others gathering taking in the sights and scents of others. They all stung her nostrils as a sneeze was stolen. She didn't like this, and fear began to wash over her mind, trying to shake the thoughts from what ever was happening. She looked as the spires of the stones reached up towards the heavens. She known that Alaric had followed her as she turned back to him when he'd come up to her. "What is this? Does it mean bad things are going to happen?" Her voice questioning what was happening around her. She didn't want to loose her new friends and her boyfriend but man this here right infront of her was scaring her.

Oath’s gaze followed Fairytale as she moved, a quiet unease building in his chest. The red glow across the land, its intensity increasing as the sun rose, cast an eerie light over the landscape. The stone spires, towering and ancient, seemed to loom with an unspoken warning. His cyan eyes narrowed as he observed the weathered surfaces, feeling the weight of countless seasons etched into the rock. How could this place have been hidden for so long?
Fairytale’s absence didn’t go unnoticed for long. The soft nuzzle she’d given him lingered on his cheek as he turned, noting the figure of Alaric moving nearby. He gave the other wolf a nod of acknowledgment but kept his distance, his thoughts scattered.
His paws itched to explore further, to uncover the secrets that this place held. But something about the spires unnerved him, as if they carried a warning in their silent stance. His eyes fell on Fairytale again as she approached, her body language betraying the fear she fought to hide.
“Fairy,” he murmured as he moved closer to her. “I don’t know what this is... but we’ll figure it out. You’re not facing this alone.”

It worried Fairytale dearly about the horrific songs that the spires seemed to sing out over the new strange land. She was stuck in a trance like state as tilting her head just slightly. Alaric must have stayed a way or wandered off, which sent a shiver of fear down over Fairytale momentarily. The silvery and cream girl heard his voice before laying eyes upon him. A need to want to protect him flooded over her. "They smell old, but their new... Oath, I don't understand it." Her voice trembled now as she looked ahead then back to him.
She wasn't wrong for fearing the unknown, but she had to protect those she was begining to care about. She needed to keep them safe. Lifting a paw as marking the ground, to trace her steps if she were to get lost. "I don't understand it at all. I'm going to leave markers if we get turned around." She softly stated, ears perked forwards. "How does something go unseen like these have? And how did they show up out of no where? Questions racing within her mind spilled out.
"It, what ever it is. Seems dangerous. But it's like it's calling to us all to figure out what it all means. Why they are crying like they are." Fairytale soon dug into the loose dirt, her nose close against the ground as she breathed in the earthy scent. The dirt around the spires were soft, while others were harder to dig into. Fear began to bubble over in her mind.
She looked to Oath, wondering if he heard the howling from the spire she dug at. "Please, I only mean to help." She needed to understand, she needed to help. What if someone or something was trapped inside of one of the hollow stones? So the girl continued to dig at one, trying to free it.

Oath watched as Fairytale’s fear spilled over into her words and actions, his ears twitching at the strange, melodic howling coming from the spires. The sound was unsettling, as though the stones themselves were trying to speak in voices long forgotten. He moved closer to her, drawn by the tremor in her voice and the quiet determination in her actions.
His eyes traced the spires as she dug at the earth, their towering forms seeming ancient and yet entirely new, just as she had said. "You're right," Oath murmured, his voice steady but laced with unease. "They shouldn’t be here. But now they are, and... it feels like they’ve been waiting for someone to find them." He lowered his head slightly, the scent of the soft dirt around the spire filling his nostrils as he inspected the ground she had begun to dig into.
The eerie cries from the stone were like whispers that gnawed at the edge of his mind, tugging at him to dig deeper, to understand. But it was also dangerous. "We’ll figure it out," he assured her, though the uncertainty gnawed at him too. “If there’s something trapped or waiting, we need to be careful, Fairy. If these spires are calling to us, it might not be for something good.”
He bent down beside her, nose brushing the earth. "Let’s keep marking our path, but don’t go too deep just yet. We’ll explore... together."

Hunger for knowledge some would say, as others would probably whisper to themselves about how mindless these wolves were that gathered around, trying to figure everything out that was going on. Auricles twist frontwards to listen to Oath respond. The songs did seem long forgotten, maybe they truly were here before the wolves that wandered Boreas and Auster? "I don't think we should dig at them, but if something is trapped..." Fairytale responded, curious although cautious about these spires of stone.
The achromatic woman with blush pools looked towards the individual known as Oath, the one who she pictured spending a lot of time with. While she seemed to endlessly dig at the earth, a sharp sting to her paw pads, quickly retreating her paw a small puddle of hemoglobin pooled at the wench's paw pad.
A slow burn of displeasure pulled into her reasoning. "I hope we do. Not for us but everyone around us." Knowing that she needed to leave the dangerous situation within this new territory. She couldn't find herself to leave though. She needed answers quickly placing her paw upon the ground. She brought a loving nuzzle to his chest.
"Nothing will truly frighten me as long as you are around dearest." She didn't know if they were actual partners but how they acted with one another some would say they were sweethearts. That what was building between them was truly intended.

Oath’s gaze darkened with concern as he saw the small pool of blood forming beneath Fairytale’s paw. Instinctively, he moved closer, his cyan eyes softening as she nuzzled against his chest. The sting of her wound only deepened his sense of urgency, but there was something else; the weight of her words and the uncertainty in the air, thick and palpable, gnawed at him.
"I don't like this either," he murmured, his voice low, as if speaking too loudly might stir whatever ancient force lay dormant beneath the spires. "But you're right... if something is trapped or calling, we can't just leave it unchecked."
His nose brushed her wound gently, a soft breath escaping his lips. "But you’re hurt. We need to be careful. These stones... they aren’t just part of the land. They feel... alive." The song the spires sang, carried on the wind, chilled his bones. Yet even in the face of danger, he could feel Fairytale’s determination, her desire to protect those she cared for.
“We’ll find the answers, but not at the cost of your safety,” he whispered, gently nudging her away from the spires and strange grounds. “Let’s step back, get your wound healed, and figure out what this place really wants from us. We’ll get to the bottom of this, together... just... not now that you've already been hurt, please?" He glanced back at the towering spires.

They were both young but they were smart in their younger years. However when she began to bleed it did allow worry to seep more into her mind than moments before. Seeing the concern within his own pools form, his words soothing over her entire body. Like a weighted blanket, that eases the anxiety one might feel.
Fairytale pinned her ears against her skull as the wind picked up, giving their songs more of a haunting dangerous tune. Something that the girl didn't fancy. She soon would feel his nudges. Looking to the spires then to him. "We can't just leave love. We need to help." She purred out to him, placing the unwounded paw upon his own.
"What if we wrap it with something and continue on? I ... I can't see it in my heart to leave if someone is in danger." Fairytale pleaded, hoping that he understood. A cheeky grin crossing her pale lips. "Or we be more careful. Even if you carry me." Fairytale smirked, as she looked to Oath. He'd understand right?

Oath couldn’t help but let a soft smile tug at the corner of his lips as Fairytale placed her paw on his, her playful yet determined grin reaching him despite the eerie atmosphere. The wind howled through the spires, their haunting tune growing louder, more foreboding. He knew she wouldn’t back down, and a part of him admired her fierce spirit, even though he felt the same pull to protect her.
He leaned closer, his nose brushing her cheek affectionately, trying to reassure her. “I understand, love,” he said softly, his voice calm despite the tension rising around them. “You always want to help... and that’s one of the reasons I can’t let anything happen to you.”
His cyan eyes flicked back toward the spires, the strange red glow still lingering over them. “But if we’re going to stay, we need to be smart about this.” He nudged her paw gently, inspecting the wound. “I’ll find something to wrap your paw with. We can be careful, like you said.”
A smirk matched hers as he added, “And if it comes to it, I’ll carry you. But let’s take it slow... for now.”
Oath knew the dangers were real, but so was the love between them. He would not let anything happen to her.

Taking notice of his smile as her eyes trailed over his facial features, the way the smile had seemed to light up the moment and help her feel more at ease. Fairytale circled around his frame to were their bodies would always colide together. Her tail falling still behind her as the winds howled even louder.
"I need it, just as you feel the need to protect me darling." Was she really falling in love with Oath? It was something they would need to speak about, after this was all said and done with. "I believe being smart is always the best thing to be. Especially with how erie it is becoming. It sounds like the songs are changing."
Hoping that she was not the only one to take notice, as she lifted a paw to allow him to take notes. It wasn't a large wound thankfully and would be easy to wrap if they found something to help. "Or is it the wind playing tricks on us handsome." Nuzzling against him once more before setting off slowly and carefully.

“You’re right,” he replied, his voice soft but steady, “being smart is the only way through this.” His eyes shifted back to the towering stones, listening carefully to the wind’s haunting melody. The change in the sound was subtle but noticeable, as if the very air around them was alive with ancient whispers. “It does sound different… like something is stirring.”
He nuzzled her again, offering comfort and reassurance. “Maybe it’s the wind playing tricks,” he mused, though he wasn’t entirely convinced. “But we’ll stay cautious.” As he searched the ground for something to wrap her paw, he couldn’t help but glance at her, the affection in her eyes making his heart feel lighter, even in the midst of this unsettling place.
Oath glanced down at Fairytale's paw, concern flickering in his eyes as he saw the small wound. His gaze swept the ground, searching for something soft yet sturdy enough to wrap around her paw. He spotted a nearby patch of moss growing at the base of one of the spires. Though it was old and weathered, the moss was thick and resilient, its spongy texture perfect for bandaging.
Gently, he padded over and pulled a decent-sized piece free with his teeth. He returned to Fairytale, carefully laying the moss over her wound. “This will do for now,” he murmured softly, using his nose and paw to delicately press the moss into place. His movements were slow and steady, making sure it wouldn’t fall off as they walked. "It’s not perfect, but it’ll protect your paw until we can get something better.”
Satisfied with his makeshift bandage, he nuzzled her again, offering her a reassuring smile. “There, that should help. Just let me know if it bothers you, okay?” His touch was gentle, his voice warm, even as the eerie winds howled around them.

Fairytale had relished with the warmth of Oath beside her. It seemed as if it was all magic to herself. Like those fairytale's she head about and that was read to her when she was a younger pup. Both being protective of one another, and it had given Fairytale reason, a reason for life. And for that the girl was very pleased. She stopped, listening to the words that fall from Oath's lips. "It's the only way to actually make all of this make sense." They were a match made from whatever game was being played. Sure there was a darker side of life, but her life had began to feel pleasant and right where she should be. Ever since she had ment Oath - the girl could not picture spending time or even looking to another like she does with him. The affection and adoration was thick in the tension of their surroundings.
"I hope that it is only the wind playing tricks. I really do darling." Turning to him, as thoughts played within her mind, but now didn't feel like the right time to tell him how she felt as she had opened up with his sister, her best friend Atreyu. 'If only you known that I can't picture my life with out you now. Only if I could tell you how I really feel.' She swallowed a little harder than normal as the masculine tenderly pressed the moss into her paw. To give her padding so she wouldn't end up more injured than she was already.
"The moss offers me padding also,so theres always that too. And if it begins to bother me, you will be the first to know." She smiled to Oath as nuzzled against the girl, she couldn't help but allow herself to do the same. Before her eyes surveyed the territory around them. Looking at the larger spikes. She wanted to study them but known that right now was just not the time too. She had heard rumors on the winds of tunnels also appearing out of no where.
As that familiar unease began to fade as she stood there next to Oath. She was much stronger with him close to her.
