Disaster
The creamy coated woman followed the group of others down from near the area known as glowshroom cavern, the spires still giving her a off feeling. But curiously the girl continued on. The sky painted in its red pigments, she didn't want to be no were near the shimmering shore, but it felt as if everything was happening and taking place down here now. And honestly, in a way it frightened Identification. She was scared and had every right to be. She still limped slightly from the cut upon her paw from the one spire. She was however a little late to do some of her own investigating. But that's when she began to feel different.
The woman shook her head slightly, ignoring the fact that she felt slightly confused. Finding a spot, her paws began to work the sand and dirt mixture. Pausing every once in a while to try to catch scent of something, anything. Anything at all to give her a peace of mind. But right now, did any of the wolves have any peace or were they all driven by these strange happenings?
Something soon moved under her paws in the ground she was digging within. Coughing as sand fell into her face, a quick shake offered relief from the irritation of sand. She was beyond curious now. Because the movement wasn't from the tremors she had felt before, it felt to her like something was moving. But what would on earth cause the scaring's upon the ground all around her? Besides that of others digging, trying to uncover what was taking place.
Scald was not about to just let Fic go down into Auster by herself. Not after the night of tremors or the way they sun and sky were still an ominous red. Clearly these were signs that something was very, very wrong, and while he wanted to stay home where it was safe, keeping Fic safe was important too. Because it a fast whirlwind of life, she had become stuck to him in a good way. A way that he couldn't really explain it to himself quite yet. The silence that stretched between them was a clear sign he was nervous. Scald enjoyed conversating, but he couldn't keep his mind from wondering about what was going on. What was causing all of this? When his eyes light upon the winding channels between the shore and the plains, they widen for a moment. What could have created these? He stops near the edge while Fic goes ahead to investigate. His heart is slamming into his chest as he looks around. Was it even safe to walk around these things? Scald was about to call Fic back to him when a dark colored wolf approached her quickly. Though he doubted this wolf would harm Fic as it seemed they knew each other, he still didn't like the idea of them being alone. Without protection. Even if he didn't know this wolf with an unusual accent, now he felt accountable for her safety too. She was easy on the eyes as well, he wouldn't lie about that. His gaze lingers on the small, black wolf before moving over to Fic. They're both digging eagerly, but he's not so sure that's safe. What if whatever is groaning deep beneath the surface isn't something dangerous? |

Disaster
Fic felt that of Scald following her, knowing that he wouldn't completely allow her too far away from him. Not with something so strange taking place right before all of their eyes. Winding large holes almost like trenches within the dirt and sand. She began to also feel like she didn't belong here. Panic almost taking over as the sound of Iris's cheerful tones captured her attention.
Yes, it didn't feel right. The panic seeping within her eyes as she turned to look to Scald and then back to Iris. "I do not think we should dig. Nothing here feels right. It's worse than were the spires are." It was terrifying Identification if she was going to be honest.
But now she didn't only have Scald to protect but that of Iris. "It feels more dangerous. I think we shouldn't dig." The cream woman cautioned, hoping that her friend would also listen, drawing her paws up and under her own frame.
Scald isn't really listening to what the girls are saying. Were they supposed to dig or not? Would they find treasure? Or be swallowed whole by massive worms? Was that even possible? His heterochromatic eyes flick between the two as their paws turn over the dirt. Suddenly, the ground begins to groan deep, deep down below them. His chin tilts to where their paws are. "Watch o-," the word died on his tongue as he watched the ground open up beneath him. Before he could fully blink, his rump and hip were colliding with the ground as clods of dust fell on top of his head. Groaning softly, Scald blinks the dust and debris from his eyes, trying to look around to see if they're okay. "You two alright?" He asks, coughing roughly into his shoulder and wiping at his eyes. |

Disaster
Violet swooped down into the tunnel after Identification had fell, little words falling from him as he hovered. "Fic!" It was all he said and needed to say as Identification looked up towards the costa rica's hummingbird. A soft nod was offered to her companion. Thankful to have the small bird, even though he was smaller than some she had seen. The bird never wandering too far from Identification honestly, but only when he had too. In a way it was easier for Fic to see than the others.
The tunnels and cave like system she had never witnessed before was different, new. But it had to be here for years if not ages. Light was not a friend down here. No, more like there were dangers unseen even for the best. She wanted to get out, wanted to find a way out. Casting a glance up to the edges of the sand that still spilled down around the others including herself. She hoped that they were alright at least. Identification had to help them, had to get them to safety.
Eyes didn't see that of Iris up above, that had to mean the womans friend was also down here. A mound of sand unmoving. Identification ran over as fast as she could, nosing the sand away to give way of her friend. A breath of relief. "Are you alright?" Her muzzle still shifting sand away as well as her injured paw. Trying to get Iris out from being buried alive. She put weight upon her paw once more only to winch at the pain that shot up from the sprain. But continuing on. She found Iris's own face and allowed her tongue to run over the womans skull.
Soon once more Scald's voice caught her attention, panic set completely in with Identification as she moved towards Scald, her pools scanning his entire frame over to make sure he wasn't injured. Placing her paw once more onto the ground another yip, but the pain was dulling out - which was a good thing. Something she could with stand. Attention turning to Violet as a nod and vocals sing out. "Help us please Violet, we need you."
