Little soldier boy Titus moved from one place to another. He didn't mind exploring anything but the shore was different today. The sounds and cracks had him eyeing the land suspiciously. The red sun overhead had him pressing his ears. Mom would kill him if something happened to his baby sister. He did promise to protect her though so hopefully sprig wasn't scared. He moved to the sands and kept an aloof face as he looked among the cracks and area. The sound beneath had him curious. A glance to Nikolai had them both nodding to each other. They both moved towards a good spot for digging but not before Titus spoke over his shoulder toward where he hoped Sprig was."Stay close and be careful." He set those fiery orbs on the sands that had been disturbed and both him and Nikolai began carefully digging into the sands, intent on unearthing whatever the sound was. Walk, "Talk", Think Come marching home

Spriggan enjoyed exploring with her brother, she felt just as confident with him at her side as she did their mother. Though both of them had their ravens with them always. Prose soared above them, just as off put by the events as her charges. The pair of puppies were drawn here by some unexplainable force and as they explored this strange strip of land Spriggan felt a deep desire to dig. Which was odd, she usually liked to keep her tiny paws clean unless she was working with plants.

Titus warned her to be careful, like the good big brother he was, but Spriggan was convinced she could take care of herself. She nodded politely to him as he began to dig, and staying close, she did the same. They were not digging for long before the earth began to tremble. As the dirt fell out from underneath them Spriggan was caught by Prose, slowing her descent as the raven’s talons dug into her moss covered scruff. Sprig let out a startled cry of surprise as the labyrinth opened beneath them.


"Spriggan Carpathius"

Little soldier boy He hadn't expected the ground to open up under them and the moment it did he wasn't even thinking about himself. "Sprig!" His body was falling but his claws were extending and gripping into the walls beside him. But Sprig didn't have claws to slow her descent. Andrei flashed past him and was trying to help Prose, gripping into her back, just past her back moss and mushrooms to try to right her. The assignment was clear to the raven, Titus was okay but Sprig was a priority. He slowed but he could hear the oof from Nikolai as he hit, but both knew Nikolai would be fine, he was both tougher and designed for impacts better than the wolf pups. He bounced back off the wall when he was close to the bottom and landed closer to sprig, His eyes checking her over for injuries as he moved closer to her. A nod was given to thank both the raven's and Andrei came to land on Titus's back. "You okay Spriggy? Nikolai you good?" His voice was concerned but Nikolai gave him a nod and righted himself. A glance up told him they wouldn't get out the way they came in. Once he was sure Sprig was good he then turned and started looking down the tunnel both ways. Mom was going to kill him for getting Sprig into this mess. Walk, "Talk", Think Come marching home

Spriggan was falling, but just as suddenly she felt two sets of raven claws tighten on her loose skin. Before she could fall all the way to the floor, both birds worked together to slow her descent. For once she was thankful for her tiny nature as the two big corvids lowered her gently to the labyrinth floor. Fear cleared itself from her features as the birds released her and settled once more. Prose next to her, and Andrei to Titus’ shoulder.

"I’m fine,” She told him in a small voice, still quite unsettled at the sudden drop in altitude. As much as the sudden tunnels revealed beneath them. Spriggan had never seen something like this before and she was knocked off her usual confidence. She shook herself and tried to suppress how scared she was. "Should we explore?” She asked, a timid paws stepping forward as her blue and lavender eyes surveyed their new surroundings.

Little soldier boy He nodded to her saying she was fine, his eyes narrowing to the tone she used. She was scared. He couldn't let that be as her big brother. He was here to protect and defend her from any harm. He spun on his heels though and moved towards a wall. They'd need to mark the path they took. Another nod as she asked if they should explore. "I'll claw up the wall where we go so we can figure out how to get around down here. Looks like we won't be getting back up the way we came so we are gonna have to and be careful about it." His claws made some terrible noise as he scratched up the cave walls. He would tolerate the noise for now though as it meant if help came they could be found. A look back towards his sister and he gave her a confident smirk. "I got us, I promise to protect you and get you home safe and sound. Andrei why don't you go see if you can find mom or someone to help us if we don't make it home in a few hours, Prose has us down here and can scout ahead a bit. Nikolai stay on Sprig's other side and I got her right side." He was already formulating a plan. He moved back to Sprig's side and Nikolai on her other side. Then after they were set he started down the tunnel with a gesture to Sprig that she should stick to his side. Hopefully Prose was on board. Andrei took off with a caw and went back up the hole they fell through to find someone to help. Titus was sure this was the smart answer. Walk, "Talk", Think Come marching home

The little Carpathian girl was not good at hiding her emotions, especially the trepidation she felt now at the labyrinth opening up. Though she could have equated the structure to the similarity of the castle, it certainly did not feel the same. Their home was warm and inviting, this place was cold, dark, and hostile. Titus offered a plan, which did help to soothe the small girl. He was there to protect her, like he always had been. She nodded in understanding, trying to keep her mind off how much trouble they were really in.

Her brother went further, proclaiming his determination to keep her safe and sound while they figured themselves out of this mess. He sent his raven up to possibly find some help, while the other two remained to guard the two pups. Prose stuck close, she was almost more determined to keep Sprig safe than Titus was. She did as he suggested, and stuck close to his side as they started making their way into the tunnels. She put on a brave face, but she was squirming internally.
