Hackles bristled, crimson gaze narrowed as he watched fights break out all around him. Still, he remained where he was as he stayed on guard, watching as the emerging Syndicate wolves engaged with Insomnia. The fights were bloody and intense, and simply judging by what he'd heard about the Syndicate, he expected no less. Same with Insomnia. He knew the pack to be reckless at best, the literal embodiment of untamed chaos. He glanced toward Red for a brief moment, noting that Ripper had decided to ignore Medusa's order to stay home instead. While he didn't know his latest litter well enough just yet, he supposed it was probably characteristic of them to not always obey...he wasn't sure. His gaze found Wade then as the crimson boy engaged in a vicious fight of his own, and Ignis couldn't help but feel amused by his childs wild tenacity. A squawk from his cockatoo alerted him to the approach of another, but he hadn't turned in time before he felt teeth grab at his flank. Snarling, the crimson male turned on his heel, jaws wide open as he sought to retaliate against his attacker in one swift motion. He aimed his teeth at the other males shoulder, seeking to sink his teeth in while surging forward in an attempt to push him back with his own shoulder. He could feel his inner demon squirming for release...the first taste of blood being the key that held his lock! But of course, this moment of stillness couldn’t last forever. And she would quickly break the lull by lunging forward, her body a blur as she darted towards Redrum. Each leap was calculated, her paws striking the ground rhythmically in a dance of death. Her tail streamed behind her like a banner, cutting through the air with each powerful stride. The distance between them rapidly closed, her focus unwavering, eyes locked onto her target.
As she neared Redrum, her muscles coiled, ready to spring. She watched with a predator's keen eye- her teeth bared in a harsh, triumphant grin, Rakia launched herself at him in a lethal whirl of claws and fangs She aimed for the tender flesh between neck and shoulder, her fangs glinting dangerously as she fought for purchase in his skin.

The cold morning air bit at Enyo’s fur, the crisp scent of pine needles and frost heavy in her lungs. Her breath came out in pale clouds as she stood amidst the shadows of the trees, the metal of her armor cold against her skin. She heard the soft crunch of paws approaching. Too heavy to be her birds, too deliberate to be anyone but him.
Flare.
The scent hit her before his words did, Syndicate’s acrid stench clinging to him like rot. It coiled around her memories, bringing back his smug face and the vile way he had crossed boundaries she had set with sharp clarity. His teasing voice was as irritating as it was familiar. She told him just a kiss. But no. Flare, like so many weak males, had refused to listen. The idiot thought his want mattered more than her words. His insistence, his arrogance, and his final insult. Calling her a coward when she’d left him behind. What a pathetic man.
Enyo couldn't help but wonder about how many other women he shoved his desires onto. How many lacked the bold or build Enyo possessed to deny him? Flare could've stopped her, could've physically tried. But she knew that even he knew that he wouldn't win such a battle. It was why he tried to get under her fur with weak words.
And now here he was again. As Flare charged, Enyo’s lips peeled back into a snarl, not of fear but of pleasure. It was pure, seething pleasure. She would enjoy this.
"Spreading your blood across this dirt will bring me more pleasure than that inadequate member between your legs ever could." she taunted under her breath, adrenaline flooding her veins.
The moment he lunged to slam into her, she twisted sharply into his side, using the momentum of her heavier weight to try to send him stumbling off balance. Her armor clanged as she moved, her body a coiled force of muscle and precision.
Her jaws snapped down on the soft skin beneath his lower left jaw, her fangs moving to drive deep into the flesh near his throat. She didn’t bite to kill, not yet. This was about making him feel it, feel the sharp edge of her teeth and the weight of her wrath. A growl rumbled through her chest, vibrating through her hold on him. The metallic taste of blood touched her tongue, and a wicked grin curled her lips as she tightened her grip.
This was the moment she had craved. The thrill of putting Flare exactly where he belonged. The pressure of his blood beneath her fangs, the way his pulse raced. It was intoxicating. It was control. Her control.
She sneered through her clenched jaw, her voice thick with disgust. "Another weak male chasing power through women. It’s pathetic."
If successful she would move without giving him a chance to recover, she would release his throat with a violent shove, attempting to send him crashing into the cold, hard ground beneath the pines. Snow and dirt scattered beneath his frame as she loomed over him.
"You called me a coward." Her voice was low, taunting, every word soaked in venom. "Show me how brave you are now."
She reveled in every second of his pain, every twitch of discomfort, every drop of blood that stained the snow beneath them.

Both Fossa's were intercepted but that was just fine. Ears, the Jackalope, skirted in afterwards, lowering his antlered head and aiming to impale the back of the enemy woman's right thigh with said antlers. Being a big old jackrabbit, he had some bulk behind him, so, if his strike landed, it would very well hurt, but it wouldn't do irreparable damage.
Kaino's teeth sank home and blood filled her maw. A surge of heated triumph flared through the lavender and smoke fae. She knew the risks when she'd begun such an attack and, wouldn't you know it, teeth soon bit into her own neck. Kaino grimaced, her mouth still full of flesh and blood. Just as Medusa's paw was coming down upon her own, Kaino lifted it. She lifted both paws, actually. Her left paw moved up to grip Medusa's right shoulder, stretching across her chest. Her right paw settled over the woman's back. With a flex of her paws, long, retractable claws shot forward as Kaino hoped to grab onto the woman by embedding them in her flesh, thus increasing her hold.

She attempted to snap at his jaw, and he turned so that the blow landed on his neck armour, and if it slid past his unusually thicker fur would dampen her attempts to pierce his skin. “Your weakness will never be forgotten.” He promised her as he attempted to snap his own head towards the space between her eyes and ears, while her head was lowered with her attempt to grab at his lower jaw.

The cold air stung Enyo’s scarred face as Flare’s words slithered into her ears, but instead of anger, she felt a strange, bubbling amusement. A low, guttural laugh rolled from her chest. It was sharp and laced with bloodthirsty joy. She threw her head back slightly, allowing the sound to ripple out into the quiet pines. It wasn’t just a laugh- it was a predator’s delight. A reaction to prey making the fatal mistake of thinking it could fight back.
Flare’s pathetic attempt to insult her was nothing more than noise. Weakness? The word from his mouth was a joke, a flimsy dagger thrown at a mountain. It slid right off her like water over stone. "That’s adorable," she sneered, her voice thick with scorn. "I didn’t realize you were still this desperate."
The clang of his armor as he twisted away and the shift in his thick fur irritated her, but only slightly. Enyo thrived in the heat of battle, and each failed strike only sharpened her resolve. Flare snapping toward her head was predictable. Too predictable. His teeth scraped air as she jerked her head back with a fluid movement, her eyes gleaming with sadistic anticipation.
"Try harder, worm," she muttered with a wicked grin, the bloodlust in her eyes unwavering.
Without missing a beat, she threw her full weight forward, closing the gap between them like a tidal wave crashing against the shore. Her powerful limbs churned through the slurry snow, and her claws bit into the cold earth beneath her as she aimed a brutal, calculated strike at his side.
She wasn’t gentle, she never was. The movement was meant to slam into him, an aggressive assault designed to overwhelm him. She sought to shove him hard into the snow-covered ground, force him into the dirt where he belonged, using her size to press her advantage.
Her jaws snapped at the air just shy of his muzzle, but never reckless. Every movement was deliberate, controlled chaos. It wasn’t just about winning. It was about showing him that even at his best, he paled in comparison to her.
"This all you've got?" she taunted between movements, her breath fogging in the chill.
Her muscles rippled beneath the weight of her armor as she pressed on relentlessly. This was a game she loved. The pushing, prodding, giving just enough space to bait him into mistakes should he make them. If he thought his words held any weight, she would make sure to show him that actions were the only thing that mattered here.
Each missed snap or deflected strike only fueled her more. She thrived on this dance of blood and steel, her focus razor-sharp and unwavering. Flare’s attempts to anger her were nothing more than sparks trying to catch fire in a storm. He would tire long before she did.
She laughed again, louder this time, with a cruel edge. "You call me weak," she snarled, her voice a blade aimed right at his pride. "Do you even know what strength is?"
Every muscle in her body was alive with energy, ready to strike again. Her tail flicked sharply, her armor clinking like a war drum. She was in control now, and it was clear from the way she moved. Every step. Every strike. Every word a testament to the simple truth:
Flare was nothing more than a temporary amusement, and soon, like all weak things, he would break.

Lukina stalked along after the rest of the raiding party as they headed north. It had been awhile since she'd been on the battlefield but she didn't feel overly anxious. She had fought in a war, she'd achieved her victory and buried the skeletons that needed burying. She'd expected to die during the endeavor but hadn't and now she just floated through life, letting it move her where it would. Injuries, death, capture, she simply accepted these possibilities and would meet any challenges that lay ahead with her own ferocity. Fate would take care of the rest.
They arrived at dawn, the red sun casting its bloody light over the land. Then one by one the Syndicate wolves arrived and battle broke out around her. Lukina waited patiently for her own fight, eyes flickering from fight to fight to size up the enemy pack as well as her own.
This would hopefully give Ysmir enough time to pull his head back to properly swing his ax at the red wolf’s right shoulder, wanting to sink it into his flesh and end his fight quickly.

Absinth's eyes narrowed as the hulking male barreled toward her, his brawny figure and foreign stench setting her senses ablaze. His agitation pulsed through the clearing like a drumbeat, but she met his fury with a wry tilt of her head and a wicked gleam in her eye. This brute was no packmate, nor did he share her rules, and that suited her just fine. She didn’t flinch as he lunged, the dull gleam of his claws seeking her flesh, nor did she yield to the threat his mask and horns so boldly promised. Instead, she dropped her weight low, her powerful haunches tensing before she twisted sharply to one side, letting his charge meet empty air where she had been but a heartbeat before.
Her snarl tore through the dense northern chill, a guttural sound that promised more than just a fight—it promised pain. Absinth’s ivory coat bristled as she circled him, her steps deliberate, her movements a measured dance of predator to predator. She didn’t give him the satisfaction of speaking first, letting the silence coil thickly, allowing her eyes to speak her amusement at his boldness. Did he think she’d simply crumble under his brute strength? She had faced far worse.
With a graceful flick of her tail, she signaled her ravens, who wheeled and dove, their shrill calls slicing the air like knives. They would be her eyes, her warnings, even as she matched this stranger's strength with her cunning. She let her eyes linger over his horns, his mask, each calculated movement he made, a sly smile twisting her lips. "Is that all, brute?" she taunted, her voice a low murmur, velvet over steel, as she edged closer with a stance that dared him to try again. The thrill of violence hummed in her veins, each heartbeat echoing in her ears.
His goal was clear, as clear as her own. "You want to leave a scar?" she whispered, her gaze glinting with dark amusement as her claws scraped the earth, voice dropping to a venomous purr. "Then you’ll have to earn it." She grinned wickedly, her jaws swiping downward to grasp one of her knives, the gems dangling from her antlers jingling as she lurched forward to aim a swift strike to his chest or shoulder — whatever her speed would allow before he reacted.

It seemed that he and Ripper would be wallflowers for some time, until that is, that a fae came forward to attack him. Redrum huffed, his tail lashing behind his massive crimson body. Fantastic.
Golden eyes glinted with a feral thrill as the woman’s charge came forth. Muscles taut, he let the savage energy within him build, turning the coiling tension into a dangerous readiness. His shoulders rolled, bracing himself as his ears flattened against his nape, his helm covering all but the gleam of his eyes and the devilish grin playing on his lips.
He angled himself just so, watching her approach, savoring every rhythmic beat of her paws as they ate up the ground between them. Her focus was honed and fierce, but it only fueled the wicked grin tugging at his mouth. He could taste her intent in the air, that intoxicating flavor of challenge and bloodlust.
As she leapt with fangs bared, aiming for the soft flesh near his shoulder, he twisted sharply, feeling the scrape of her teeth, feeling the sting of blood drawn, but managing to pivot before she could sink deep. A burst of mocking laughter rumbled up from his throat, rough and almost daring. “Bold.” he snarled, leaning into her weight as his claws lashed out to try and grip her foreleg, using her momentum to try and drag her closer, his head darting forward to snap near her throat with a savage, taunting growl.
Redrum’s golden eyes gleamed with something dark, a mix of exhilaration and violent promise. If he made his mark, he would make her feel his might.

A bird squawks alerting the behemoth to Ezekiel’s attack but the red man is too old, too slow to prevent the shorter male’s teeth from finding their mark. Blood blooms across his tongue, sending adrenaline dumping into his veins; heighten his senses, dilatating his pupils, and sending electricity along his nerves. He bites down hard, head thrashing as he attempts to widen the wounds his maw has made when pain suddenly bursts to life in his shoulder.
Instinctively, Zeke releases his hold, snarling frenziedly as he pushed back and he snaps wildly at the red man’s face, trying to get him to release the meat of his shoulder. Pulling away, tearing flesh and skin, the monochrome and purple man creates distance, taking the scant moment he is granted to reposition and reset his defenses. Without a moment’s hesitation he is barreling back in, aiming to swing around the red man’s face and seek the wounds he had already created on that fiery flank.
His intent is to try and find bleeding gashes he had already made, latch on and rip and tear until the bigger male is forced to give up and retreat. Jaws part as he rushes in to try and end this fight.

Jumping backward, his maw drops open as he yelps his surprise and the knife tumbles uselessly to the ground. ‘Well, that was a big mistake.’ Sly dryly drolls as the man in front of him sets his defenses and readies to attack. ‘Shut the fuck up Sly. I don’t see you doing anything to help!’ Wade sharply retorts in his head, brows furrowing as his pale gaze flicks from the male with the battleaxe to the downed knife in the dried grass.
‘He does realize that we are part of him… right?’ Loki questions but Wade is too busy to answer back. Long legs push him toward the combat knife as the dark male swings his ax and he is forced to duck underneath the blade to retrieve his blade. Jaws close around the hilt and he throws his body down so he can safely roll away from the arch of the attack. Popping back up onto his paws within the space of a heartbeat he grins around the handle in his maw.
Lunging back into fray, Wade seeks to try and sink the serrated blade deep into the man’s shoulder and rip it back out at an odd angle to leave him with a nice little reminder of this fight. ‘Don’t drop it this time.’ Sly bemused pipes up. ‘Shut the fuck up.’ Is all Wade has to say to that.

like enyo, this one had been just as chatty. it was trend amongst the wolves- to taunt and tease like children stealing lunch sacks from one another. but Érebos..? he was silent in his battles, mind busy analyzing and creating strategy with every blow he made. he fought to win, but more so to make an impact. for as he challenged absinth, he was stealing her time and energy all the same. without listening to the tricks of their mouth, Érebos was left to focus and hone in on their body; he refused to waste precious oxygen on a muttered comeback for the girl to get off on, instead preferring it as fuel for his muscles. predatory instincts highlighting his experience and making him that much of a greater opponent.
his two hawks that circled in the air prior would come to face off on their own; his smaller hawk coming fast towards one raven, and his larger hawk swooping down towards the other raven. his birds were aggressive, attempting to scratch and latch onto the raven's with speed and force whilst in the air- proving to be skilled flyers.
and down below, using her smaller frame the syndicate female ducked & dodged his previous lunge. she came to then circle around him, leaving them head on to one another by now. but as she went on to mock him, he would bolt back at her with not even a second to spare- springing from one end to the other. not interested in her ploys & gambits as he seized the opportunity, aiming to swiftly move toward's her side once again as her own attack swished in the air- empty of his flesh by just a hair. and this time, within a closer proximity, he would angle his horns in attempt penetrate into her taut left thigh.

The call of the Insomnia wolves invading into their home was like a war cry that summoned the Syndicate out to play. Rogue had never fought in a raid before; nobody had been foolish enough to challenge Ashen when it had been at its height, so his experience was limited to just the training lessons he'd received from his parents and family. Very much a prince taught in the ways of war without having experienced true bloodshed in his lifetime. That was all about to change today. Abandoning his task to bolt for the nearby pine forest, Rogue arrived later than the rest of the pack. Everyone else was already engaged in vicious fighting, going for flesh and blood with a brutality that made Rogue’s expression cringe with worry. Gods above, were all raids this savage? He really didn’t feel like losing any parts of himself today, but he didn’t want to disappoint Kaino by not showing up to do his part either.
Keeping to the outskirts of the battles and spying on the enemy wolves, Rogue spotted an all white female lurking around the edges of the fighting as well. Well, there was no time like the present! With a whistle to his companions, Rogue charged into the fray, rushing around the battles before beelining straight for the Insomnia wolf with all his speed and might, aiming to throw the entirety of his larger body into hers in an attempt to topple her over and immediately gain the upper hand.

It was a game of blood judging by the vicious sounds that surrounded her. She couldn't chance a look, not yet, but she didn't need to. They either won or lost today, but her wolves would meet theirs with the same ferocity as The Syndicate's own. While it hadn't been her plan to have so much bloodshed, perhaps it was just the way The Syndicate played. That was fine, Insomnia was capable of holding their own the best they could. Besides, scars added character! And she herself was due for a new one, provided she lost her own fight, of course. She briefly heard the rushed steps of a smaller beast through the din of the fighting, but she had no time to react to it herself. Instead, Umbra would take on the little horned jack rabbit, aiming a swipe as it neared Medusa's hind end in a bid to send it flying into the surrounding brush. Focusing on her own battle against Kaino, both women held each others bodies in their teeth. The taste of blood fueled The Wraith as the pair violently tried to overtake one another, and as Kaino sought to reach up and sink her claws into Medusa's body, of course, she allowed it to happen for but a moment. She snarled as feline claws pierced through fur and flesh. Medusa's paw would miss Kaino's, but none of thise would deter her. In fact, it spurred her on as she released her bite, grinning soon after as dual-toned gaze found her opponents before she aimed a sharp headbutt straight between the eyes of her opponent. Old he may be and just a touch slower as well, but that was mostly due to his latest lack of hearing nowadays. The Crimson Demon hit his mark, snarling as the pair battled it out in a bid to see who could shed more blood. His opponents thrashing only served to stir the pot, and before he knew it, he was released. A feral, guttural snarl erupted from his jaws as his teeth were torn away from his opponent. A feral, bloodthirsty light in his eyes that hadn't been there previously. As his opponent pulled away for a moment to recuperate, that was all He needed. For the moment Ezekiel sought to come in close once more to return to where he had initially sank his teeth in, but Ignis wouldn't allow it. In a swift motion and renewed vigor, he whirled towards his opponents flank in a frenzy of crimson fur and powerful muscle, broad chest seeking to slam into Ezekiel's flank. Simultaneously, his forelegs aimed to wrap around the man's body, with his left foreleg thrown over his opponents back and the other foreleg seeking to wrap from beneath. He lunged then, a vicious bite aimed for the man's lower back in a bid to subdue and incapacitate his opponent and to put him in the dirt where he belonged! Ignis is unpredictable and may become violent with little or no provocation due to his "demon"
*Ignis' tail is docked, and his left ear has been torn away and now resembles a Battle crop style.
