Nytiri was tracking the small hare footprints through the snow in her new home. The thirty two inched woman was crouched down to as small as she could make herself while still being able to keep her paws light as they slowly grazed over the ground. It had been perhaps a few days since Roman had accepted her into Glaciem, but she was making sure she did all she could to help out with guarding and filling the cache. The importance of food in winter was obviously substantial. The deer liked to hide and so did the rabbits. The strange thing was that the rabbits she was tracking, they were out and about running. Something has woken them from their hibernation. She decided on the facts finally.

Nytiri finally came into sight of the rabbits, or at very least she could see them and everything they were doing. The thing about hunting is that you could be out and alone for hours and just be following tracks that led to nothing. However, she refused to let a hunt end that way. She narrowed her eyes at the rabbits, there were five of them and she had a chance, depending on how weary they were, to catch all five. She leapt out and caught two of them on her paws, it crushed their necks and snapped their spine in between the first and second vertebrae. Then she made her way after the others ones, catching the last three eventually and doing the same. It wasn't much, but it was food to bring back. She could take down more if she had a partner to hunt with.

She took all her prey and buried it in the snow. It would hide the scent from predators and preserve it for when she finally headed back.

She was back. She was home and she was in heaven. She was a princess of ice and snow, not a prisoner of mud and ilk. Valhalla had been a wretched stay, and she could not deny how incredibly happy she was to be back in Glaciem with her Father and their family. Satis was now elsewhere, which saddened her slightly. She enjoyed the company of her sister, but with out her there she knew that she needed to step up to help her father King. Creamy paws would carry the elegant mammoth forward through the snow, her occupied form quite obvious as she found herself checking the borders. An easy task certainly, but it was more time consuming than some.
As she turned to go back to her tree, it was quite bright that day, she caught sight of a she wolf she did not know. Instead of bringing herself out into the open she watched the woman, curious as to her actions. The little fae would lead her to a clearing where five rabbits found themselves in the wrong place. Skillfully the wolf would kill each of them in turn, showing skill in not alerting any to the danger that had just taken its friends. With each new carcass the giant she wolf would become more determined to forgo her nap and talk to the Glaciem brood.
After the prey had been buried the albino beauty would reveal herself, stepping gracefully from behind the snow covered pines. She would hold herself as her title expected of her as she approached, perfectly relaxed but so obviously superior. It seems as though you've found yourself a good catch. What do you call yourself, my dear? Her voice held a tinge of superiority as well as curiosity as she addressed the woman.

Everything that drowns me makes me wanna fly

Nytiri only looked up from scouting at the presence of another wolf; this wolf smelled of Glaciem and was on pack lands. Nytiri didn't know much about this place or her pack, but it was obvious that the woman belonged in Glaciem. Questions rolled of the woman's tongue after a compliment of her catch. "Thank you miss, the tribe I was born in gave me the name Nytiri." She offered as what she hoped to be a reasonable explanation as to her name. "Princess... sorry, Miss Roman accepted me a day or two ago into the pack." She offered as an explanation further.

When Nytiri had gone off after Roman gave her orders, she had tried to do just what she was asked. She stopped calling Roman a princess, she had found herself a den and she explored. She seemed to have an issue with meeting packmates though, she never saw them. This was the first wolf she had met, who had belonged to Glaciem other than Roman, whom she had met. This was probably since she focused more on prey and guarding than talking and chatting. She knew enough from the tone of the woman to know she was superior, so she gave a bow of her head in respect as well as she let her tail lower to underneath her as a sign that she submitted to the dominant figure in her presence. It was custom to do so where she was from.

She was quick to answer the request of the Sentinel, she would not be kept waiting. The tall princess would coil her haunches beneath her, elegant tail would wrap around her royal paws. Cherry gaze would settle upon the girl, "Thank you miss, the tribe I was born in gave me the name Nytiri. Princess... sorry, Miss Roman accepted me a day or two ago into the pack." It seemed Roman was quite the Overseer, doing her duty to the crown quite well. "Welcome to Glaciem, Nytiri." a respectable nod would follow, "What rank were you bestowed?" She was certainly a talented hunter, but she would wonder if she had not been given the rank of hunter.

Nytiri listened as the female asked for her rank and she was welcomed into Glaciem. She gave a small smile as she responded to the female who had obviously been in the pack for a longer period of the time. "I was given the rank, Brood. Though Miss Roman said that the harder I work the higher I shall grow in the ranks." She offered the explanation with a small grin as she waited for the lady to react and speak for what Nytiri had just offered up as public knowledge in the conversation. "May I ask your name, my lady?" She asked with a slight tilt to her head.

She was told to get to know her pack mates and so she would. Her arctic white fur bellowed slightly in the winter winds and her orange eyes held curiosity in them. She could talk to this lady for sure; she seemed nice enough! She [Impra] reminded her of some of the ladies in the tribe she lived in and was raised in. It was a shame she no longer had contact with them.
