One more. He could do just one more. The bruises and the scrapes were nothing but growth and he needed to remember that. Even if he went home bloody, it would be a successful day. He wanted to hurt, for his muscles to ache and even more so in the morning when he would rise and do it all again. Maybe not this exactly, but training none the less. He needed to tone more than just his body to prove himself, he was certain.
The sun was starting to hang low on the horizon and soon it would be dark. The air was cooling off quick in the barren land that the battlefield stood in, but with his thick scruff he hardly felt the cold. Others would likely be turning in for the night though, but he was certain he could beckon one more out to him. There were plenty that wandered at night, after all. Calling out for another, he hoped he wouldn't have to wait long.
