If a wolf looked at Saturne, they would find a beautiful, small, long furred white wolf with a cream stripe on her snout and crystal blue eyes. They would find no scars on her slim, long legs or body. They would think she was a pack wolf: they would be surprised by her response. Not because she is a rouge: because she is French. "Cet air bizzarre pour moi. Est-il toujours ete ainsi?" Vocals were soft, although no wolf would understand what she said: they all spoke that dreaded English. "Pourquoi ces loups parlent anglais? Ce sont les mots du diable." The words were spoken in scorn, as Saturne hated English. If a wolf understood French, she would be in trouble. But no one did. Translations: "This air is very strange to me. Is it always this way?" And "Why do these wolves speak English? It is the words of the devil." |
